3 About the Long Range Plan What is the Long Range Transportation Plan Intended to demonstrate/document how the metropolitan planning process results in a list of major regional transportation projects that facilitate the functions and needs of the transportation system MPOs are responsible for maintaining and planning for a Regional Transportation System.
