2 OUR STORY Our Company established in 2015 with a business plan to provide logistic & transport solutions to our customers engaged in transit and inter country trade within the territory of Bangladesh India, Nepal, Bhutan and Myanmar, whether by coastal, inland rivers or through multi-modal transport routes (surface transport + waterways). The Protocol on Inland Waterways Trade & Transit (PIWTT), Bangladesh Bhutan, India & Nepal (BBIN) motor vehicle agreement and Coastal Shipping Agreement signed between India and Bangladesh in 2015 have created new opportunity to facilitate trade with better movement of cargo in the region. Simultaneously, with the establishment of inland river container terminal west of Dhaka called Pangaon ICT a third option has been opened for inland haulage of Bangladesh export/ import containers in the Dhaka-Chittagong corridor against the equipment constrained railways and congested road transport system where the tailbacks often runs up to 30 km. The only gateway for large scale container movement in Bangladesh is Chittagong Port which is handling over 2 million containers now, with an average growth rate of 11 percent per year. The new inland haulage opportunity of containers by waterways will reduce congestion in Chittagong Port as well as in the surface transport system to some extent and will provide a safer, convenient and environment friendly transport of containers inland. We, at RiverLine Logistics & Transport Limited have created a network to provide any challenging logistics and transport solutions in the aforementioned scenario as well as to provide and Dhaka-Chittagong-Kolkata direct sea-river container feeder services with two brand new NKK Class 140 teu capacity vessels.

Whatever the cargo, break-bulk, Containerized or over dimensional (ODC s through the river routes), temperature controlled reefer cargo, food grade, precious or hazardous cargo, project cargo, we are there to offer our services point to point or will be designed accordingly to suit your needs best. We will provide container trailer, trucking & covered van services to our Customers for seamless transport solutions when requested, as an option.

6 BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES Tailored to your needs, we will provide total logistics solutions to move your cargo within the territory of Bangladesh and the neighboring countries, whatever the size of the cargo, break-bulk or containerized and link up for international shipment as required through our global common carrier partners operating in Bangladesh or India. We will advise on Terminal or transshipment port conditions, warehousing/ CFS facilities, local regulatory and relevant Customs procedures. And unrivalled Customer services to go with it to forge a long term partnership with our Clients.

7 MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORT Under the Coastal Shipping, PIWTT & BBIN Agreement we can offer inter modal/ by-modal cargo transport & transit services door to door between the countries under above agreements. Multi-modal shipment of containerized cargo from mainland India to Bangladesh is also ourprime service through our Indian partner Macoline Shipping Pvt. Limited who is an authorized MTO BL issuer.

8 WAREHOUSING & CFS SOLUTIONS In Kolkata, India we will provide warehousing & CFS solutions to cargoes that come in from other parts of India by trucks for containerization and onward shipment to Bangladesh by our sea-river vessels. We can arrange stuffing & de-stuffing services in Pangaon ICT/Chittagong on behalf of our Clients CUSTOMS CLEARANCE Our in house Customs clearance services will ensure a smooth and transparent transportation process, minimizing any unnecessary delays or expenses. Our services include all PIWTT ports of call, coastal shipping ports of call, inland integrated border checkposts also project cargo clearance.

9 LCL CONSOLIDATION Less than Container Load Ocean Freight Consolidation Any small parcel load (less than container load) can be stuffed in a container as LCL to offer an advantageous techno-economic solution to the client. Currently we are offering LCL consolidation services in Kolkata and in Bangladeshi ports as per customer needs. NVOCC AVSRL as a subsidiary of RiverLine Logistics & Transport Ltd., is operating as a Non-Vehicle Operating Container Carrier in the Indian subcontinent. - We own containers ranging from General Containers (standard and High Cube), Open Top Containers, Flat Rack Containers, Reefer Containers. - AIR FREIGHT/CHARTER For time sensitive shipments,riverline provides air freight and air cargo charter services out of Dhaka, Kolkata & Delhi airports to Europe and North America for any volume of cargo. - -
