Branson 2000bDC was interfaced with Multiple Motoman HP20 robots to weld the parts. Similar systems with multiple welding horns were provided in Pune too, for a well-known Car company. Ultrasonic Dashboard Welding: A Multi robot system (TWO HP20) with high frequency DUKANE machines and custom design welding horns were supplied to a four wheeler company in Chennai also. Dispensing on Windshields of 4 wheelers: An automated system for handing multiple windshield models and gluing them. Robotic Machine tending System: Loading and unloading of parts to /from honing two machines with one robot Similar systems were incorporated with forging and molding machines too. Palletizing of Soft drinks packages: Robotic Palletizing systems for packaging a well-known soft drinks brand. Arc Welding: Robotic MIG welding of automobile components. Cutting: This was a system were the automobile plastic components were cut or slotted. Motoman HP20D robot with custom cutting gripper was used.
