7 All handling operations in Sheremetyevo-Cargo are supported by a complex of information systems developed by our own IT department. Cargo operations are registered in system using smart phones, tablets and smart watches. We give tasks for warehouse workers via computer system, then the task gets displayed on the worker s smartphone. Smartphones are also used to make the task completion records. Handling operations history is fully recorded in our IT-system.

8 8 Management of operations and resources is performed via special software installed on the warehouse dispatcher s tablet. This software allows the dispatcher to control and manage operations online. Thus we have operational process clear and transparent.

9 Sheremetyevo-Cargo IT department continues cooperation with Federal Customs Service and Sheremetyevo customs organizing the electronic data interchange. Electronic interaction allows Sheremetyevo-Cargo to exchange information with customs and other authorities at all handling stages from receiving prior information about the arriving flights till the cargo is delivered to consignee. After customs takes the decision to release shipment we immediately receive the respective electronic notification. The electronic exchange of information will let us fully give up paper documents in the future.

15 Export goods make about 10% of total cargo turnover of Sheremetyevo-Cargo. All export cargo is weighed using accurate validated scales. Measured weight is automatically transmitted to information system. After pre-flight control cargo is placed for storage to cleared area of the warehouse. Unauthorized visitors have no access to cleared area. Before build-up the cargo is subject to second pre-flight inspection done by own trained dogs of Sheremetyevo-Cargo.

20 All ULDs delivered from the ramp are broken down inside the warehouse. Temperature conditions in the area from +15 С to +25 С. We consider the nature and special features of goods when setting the order in which we breakdown the ULDs. Breakdown process is 100% controlled by CCTV system. Unauthorized visitors have no access to the area (all access points are equipped with turnstiles and pass readers and controlled by security staff).

21 General cargo are stored at the main warehouse. Temperature conditions from +15 С to +25 C. The warehouse is controlled by CCTV system (we use stationary cameras, as well as mobile video recorders).

23 23 The terminal is equipped with modern centralized system of temperature control. Able to store and handle cargoes providing temperature conditions from -25 С to +25 С. We have temperature conditions violation alarm system installed. We perform regular maintenance of refrigeration and freezing equipment. The storage rooms are kept clean. State authorities, airlines and clients make periodic audits of storage rooms.

24 We perform handling of big, oversized & heavy goods at equipped area inside the warehouse, at the roofed outside area or at the open space area. Sheremetyevo-Cargo has all necessary equipment for handling big & heavy cargo.

25 Handling of valuable goods is performed under special technology, separately from other cargo. The valuable goods warehouse is an isolated premise with safe storage. Gas fire extinguishing system is installed in the warehouse. The warehouse is equipped with multilevel access control system.

26 Sheremetyevo-Cargo has a great experience in handling of live animals. Big animals are loaded to the consignee s truck straight after delivery from the ramp. We have equipped premises for keeping live animals providing necessary temperature conditions and humidity level.

27 Handling of dangerous goods is performed under special technology, separately from other goods. Dangerous goods are kept at a special warehouse in accordance with requirements of IATA and Russian Law.

28 28 Delivery and loading of cargo is performed in several areas (up to 30 trucks at a time). These areas are controlled by CCTV system. The management of delivery process is performed using special software installed on dispatcher s tablet. Work planning IT-system allows to prepare and deliver the cargo to the delivery area by the moment client s truck arrives.

30 The consignee has to contact us to discuss and agree details. We can conclude a contract for deconsolidation, we also can deconsolidate your cargo upon onetime request. We can scan the air waybill and all attached documents and send them to your . Upon your request we will handle the cargo faster. The documents will be ready for collection in 1,5-2,5 hours after flight arrival. We can make pictures of cargo straight after it is delivered to the warehouse from the ramp. The pictures will be sent to your . Air waybills which you input in your personal account will be placed into electronic cell. To collect the documents you only need to put you personal pass to the reader.

32 You can request a pass for your cargo via online system from your office. Using client s personal account at our website you can request cargo from the warehouse by the time you prefer. Using you personal access to our system you can retrieve information about shipment date of arrival, date of acceptance to the warehouse, date of collection etc. After you request you cargo from the warehouse, you can check it s current location via computer or smartphone. Just input the AWB number to know your cargo s current location.

34 34 «Sheremetyevo-Cargo» is a security provider, company has it s own aviation security staff (Aviation security certificate FAVT.AB.033 of ). All staff members take initial and recurrent training in accordance with requirements of Russian law. All checkpoints to our premises are equipped with pass readers. To get a pass one should show his civil passport and documents for cargo.

35 CCTV system covers the whole territory and premises of the company, all handling and storage areas. Our CCTV system includes over than 700 cameras. Video records are kept up to 30 days. We also have 360 video cameras providing live broadcast. This device allows to monitor the handling process online and record video in HD quality. We also use video recorders mounted on equipment. For example, this camera records the process of loading (unloading) of cargo to /from the BULK compartment of the aircraft.

36 We read the airlines barcode label using smartphone upon arrival. Our system compares the read data with prior information from the airline, and prepares information for printing our warehouse label. We print our own warehouse labels with QR-code. After that we read the QR-code each time we make operations with cargo to register the process in system

37 Quality of our services is approved by audits of IATA, ICAO, TSA, Russian aviation authorities, as well by audits of 30 airlines and even more clients. Within last 6 years we have successfully passed more than 180 audits. The greater part of them was passed without any observations or findings.
