3 Mundra Port Mundra, the largest private sector multi-cargo port in India. 40 kms of water front. Connected to the hinterland rail network with 64 kms private railway link. Handled 64 MMT of cargo in the FY Capacity to handle super capesize vessels, VLCC (for crude) and up to TEU container vessels. Handled 8400 TEU container vessels, the only port in India to cater to such large vessels. Dedicated storage areas for handling different commodities.

6 Fertilizer APSEZ, Mundra World Class Facility For Fertilizer Handling Fertilizer is one of the major commodities imported at APSEZ, Mundra with Urea, DAP, MOP, NPK and other FRM being regularly imported. Key features of fertilizer handling at APSEZ, Mundra Fast turnaround of fertilizer vessels. Single window service by APSEZ, Mundra for all activities related to berthing, stevedoring, back-up handling to dispatch (rail/road). Round the year, all weather port with no LOA restrictions. Proposed mechanised berth for handling fertilizers. Best-in-class infrastructure for coastal movement of fertilizers. Only port on the west coast of India capable of handling gearless panamax vessels at berth. Best-in-class infrastructure for coastal movement of fertilizers. Covered storage for 6.8 lakh tonnes of transit cargo at any given time (current capacities under expansion).

7 Fertilizer Cargo Complex (FCC) Pre Berthing Delay (Days) APSEZ, Mundra is continuously striving to discover new ways to benefit the customer. The Fertilizer Cargo Complex (FCC) is our new initiative of mechanising the handling of fertilizers. FCC represents a large-scale comprehensive vision of offering superior services to the fertilizer industry. The complex offers a host of thoughtfully planned and implemented features. Salient Features of FCC 46 online bagging units with centralised control systems with a capacity to handle 8-10 rakes per day. Fully mechanised unit with single point labour intervention thereby reducing labour dependency. Two different fertilizer commodities can be loaded simultaneously through two different conveyors without any contamination. Two rakes can be handled concurrently from both sides of the platform. Acts as a direct vessel-to-rake facility resulting in minimal handling loss. Completely covered bagging unit which has been established to serve the fertilizer trade with the focus on fast turn-around and distribution of the fertilizer cargo. In addition to FCC, 1 mobile bagging units are functional with a capacity of 10 bags/minute (current capacities under expansion). Consistent vessel discharge rate of 0,000 MT per day for all kinds of fertilizers.

10 Dahej Port Existing Facilities World-class solid cargo handling terminal at Dahej for EXIM trade to serve central Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh with international standard norms, excellent storage facilities and eco-friendly technology. The port is located in the Gulf of Khambhat, Bharuch district, Gujarat, on the west coast of India. Port infrastructure is capable of handling dry bulk, break bulk and project cargo operations round the clock. North Jetty Mechanised Operations (Mainly for Coal) At APPPL,.65 lac sq. mtrs open storage area is available, including 1000 sq. mtrs of concrete storage yard for bulk/break bulk (further expandable to sq. mtrs). Mechanised cargo handling systems with two shore cranes at North Berth and manual handling system with two mobile hoppers and two shore cranes at South Berth for faster turnaround of vessel operations. 3.8 km conveyor connectivity available within port with rated capacity 400 TPH. RORO Jetty For Project Cargo (SODC) South Jetty Non-Mechanised Operations (Mainly for Clean Cargo) Two stacker reclaimer in stack yard with a capacity of 400 TPH stacking and 500 TPH reclaiming.

11 Berth Facilities Berths: North Berth: Mechanised handling system and shore crane for cargo handling. South Berth: Manual operation with hopper and shore crane for cargo handling. RO RO Berth: APPPL has developed RO RO facilities for handling ODC cargo. Deep draft of 14 mtrs capable of handling capesize vessels. Rail Connectivity A dedicated railway siding with 4 km private rail network connecting Dahej railway station. APPPL has developed 5 KV own electrical line for railway operation from Dahej station to MAPD (Adani s private railway siding). Present capacity of tonnes at stack yard at railway siding for manual rake loading operation. Japanese tugs, Dolphin-3 and Dolphin-4, each having a capacity of 55 tonnes bollard pull with twin engine and twin propeller. The engine of the tugs are of 00 BHP with zed pellar system. Facilities Under Development A conveying system with 4000 tonnes carrying capacity for transportation of coal from stack yard to silo feeding. A silo with 4000 tonnes capacity at railway yard for rapid loading system of rakes.

12 Hazira Port Existing Facilities One Multipurpose Berth (333 mtrs) sq. mtrs of well demarcated open storage yard for minerals, project cargo, scrap, clinker etc. 50m x 45m closed godown for storage of various cargos viz. fertilizers, fertilizer raw materials (FRM), DOC, wheat, rice, sugar etc.

13 Facilities Being Operationalised Multipurpose Berths One mechanised berth and one non-mechanised berth having total quay length 617 mtrs. Liquid Terminal* Tank terminal comprising of 50 tanks with total storage volume of KL for storage of various liquids like edible oils, petroleum products, and chemicals. (* Approval under process) Dedicated pump with individual tank for road tanker loading facility. Container Freight Station 300m x 45m closed area for cargo stuffing and destuffing with 1000 ground slots. Container Terminal Two berths having total quay length of 630 mtrs. Container yard having 3381 ground slots including 10 reefer points. Facilities Under Planning & Development Container Terminal Additional capacity upto 5 Mn TEUs with total six container berths to meet the containerised cargo growth. Liquid Terminal Two dedicated berths for liquids. Additional tanks with KL storage capacity. Multipurpose Berths Four for handling cargo.
