It contains resins, elastomers, friction modifiers as well as mineral fibres reinforcing its structure. The FR501 material does not show aggressiveness to the anti-friction material and ensures quiet braking without sparking. It has a multiple lower wear in comparison to P 10 brake shoes. Application Composite brake shoes of K type to be used instead of P10 brake shoe up to 40 km/h. Freight cars in internal traffic, shunting locomotives, tamping machines. It contains resins, elastomers, friction modifiers and mineral fibres reinforcing its structure. The FR507 material does not show aggressiveness to the anti-friction material and ensures quiet braking without sparking. It is characterized by low wear level. Application Composite, non-metallic brake shoes of K type for rail vehicles, recommended to be used in 1xBg brake configuration up to speed of 160 km/h. It contains resins, elastomers, friction modifiers, fillers and fibres reinforcing its structure. The advantage of this material is good interaction with the wheel, stable coefficient of friction in variable atmospheric conditions, including snow, and high thermal resistance. The FR513 meets all requirements of the Code UIC and has UIC and ERA approval in 2xBg brake configuration. Application Composite brake shoe type K for freight cars up to 120 km/h. It contains resins, elastomers, friction modifiers and mineral fibres reinforcing its structure. FR510 does not show aggressiveness to the wheel and ensures quiet braking without sparking. Lifespan of FR510 brake shoes is several times longer as compared to cast iron brake shoes. FR510 has high thermal resistance and stable coefficient of friction in variable atmospheric conditions. Application Type-LL composite brake shoe for freight cars in S traffic, and for passenger cars up to 120 kph. Freight cars equipped with FR510 brake shoes fulfill the requirements of NOI TSI. It contains thermo-setting resins, synthetic elastomers, friction modifiers as well as metal and organic fibres reinforcing the structure. It interacts well with counterface material and ensures quiet braking without sparking. The advantage of this material is a stable coefficient of friction in variable atmospheric conditions, including snowfall. FR20H.2 has a UIC approval Code up to 200 km/h. The linings made of FR105 material meet the requirements of Code UIC and ORE B They have an approval certificates issued by, among others, UTK, PKP Cargo, SNCF. FR105 material is characterized by high mechanical strength. Application Sliding elements, in particular the center pivot liners and side bearer liners applied in freight car bogies (for example Y25, 1XT, 1XTa, WAP). It is an asbestos-free, oil-proof, moulded friction material, made on the basis of synthetic elastomers and thermo-setting resins reinforced with non-organic fibres with addition of friction modifiers. FR105-A material is characterized by high mechanical strength. The linings made of FR105-A material, applied along with center pivot linings made of FR105 material meet the requirements of UIC and have DB, SNCF Approval. Application Sliding elements, in particular the side bearer liners, applied in freight car bogies (for example Y25, 1XT, 1XTa, WAP). To be applied with center pivot liners made of FR105 material.
