2 The Sales Ledger allocation windows have been amended to include a 'Report' button. Selecting this option will start the appropriate allocation report program with the ranges pre populated based on the selected transaction. The output device can then be selected and report run.

3 Purchase Ledger 'Report' option added to 'Allocn' screens The Purchase Ledger allocation windows have been amended to include a 'Report' button. Selecting this option will start the appropriate allocation report program with the ranges pre populated based on the selected transaction. The output device can then be selected and report run.

4 Addition of new remittance 'Transfer File' format An additional bank transfer file format has been added for 'Yorkshire Bank BACS' and is available for selection from within the 'Remittances' section of the 'Purchase Ledger General' parameters screen.

5 Stock Control Facility to receive traceable stock into an existing batch The 'Stock Receipts/Issues' program on the 'Global Amendments/Stock Adjustments' sub menu has been modified so that, when receiving a quantity of stock for a traceable item, it is now possible to receive an additional quantity into an existing batch (previously, it was only possible to create a new batch for the receipt). After identifying the traceable stock item for the receipt, a prompt will appear asking if the user wishes to receive into an existing batch or wishes to create a new batch. If the response is to receive into an existing batch, the textbox for the traceable reference (and the textbox for the bin number, if the item is also multibin) will be enabled to allow the user to identify the existing batch to be received into. When receiving into an existing batch, the textboxes in the 'Supplier/Batch/FIFO Details' section will not be enabled for entry as it is not possible to amend the supplier, receipt, or cost details of an existing batch in this program.

6 New selection criteria added to stock details report A checkbox has been added to the selection criteria ('Print Stock Details' report, 'Stock Reporting' sub menu) to allow the user to exclude stock items with no on hand stock or where the stock level indicator is not ticked.

7 Special Ordering selection criteria added to 'Stock Levels/Shortages' and 'Calculate Minimum/Maximum Levels' reports A new selection group has been added to the report criteria in the 'Print Stock Levels/Shortages' and 'Calculate Minimum/Maximum Levels' reports. This selection group 'Special Ord?' allows the user to include, exclude or only show items marked as 'Special Orders' in the stock record. For customers not using 'Special Ordering' this section will be disabled. A new column has been added at the end of the report which will indicate the special items. This new column, dependant on the output method, will display as 'S' or 'Special Ord'. N.B. Due to the new format of the report it will not be possible to re print reports generated prior to the update.

8 Sales Order Processing 'Weights & Carriage' window shows additional information If the 'Carrier?' option is ticked in the 'Alloc/Desp' screen of the Sales Order Parameters, when despatching a Sales Order, the 'Weights & Carriage' window will now show the sales order number, customer account reference and the first line of the delivery address.

9 Option to add a unique barcode identifier on automatic labels For customers that create 'Automatic Labels' at despatch entry, it is now possible to add a unique barcode identifier on the label. A new tag ORDBOXID (Order Box Id Barcode) has been added which will print a 'unique barcode' comprising of order number, delivery note suffix, total number of labels and label number for example (N.B. Where separate document number cycles are used the order number will be replaced with the delivery note number and the delivery note suffix will always be zero.) The value entered in the 'No. Of Packages' in the 'Weight & Carriage' window, during despatch will be copied over into the 'Copies Per Order' text box in the 'Print Automatic Labels' screen and forms the 'total number of labels' in the barcode.
