6 1 SUBJECT 主题 The purpose of the roduct Specification Sheet is to define the Logistics requirement for all our provided products: 产品规范表的目的是明确我们所提供的产品的物流要求 : N.B.: EFI can provide an English version of these documents. The supplier is responsible for asking for the version they require. The delivery voucher must be made out in Chinese or English. and presented in a plastic bag stuck onto the first numbered parcel of the delivery. The delivery voucher must never be inside parcel. The delivery voucher will imperatively include the following: 禁止散装货物, 每批交货必须有一个送货单, 这个送货单必须用中文或者英文, 随货资料放入塑料袋内并粘 6/40

The use-by date of the products if any. 如果有产品的使用截止日期也要注明 An item subject to an use-by date must be identified at the delivery in accordance with the "specification product - specific requirements". In the case of an evolution of the expiration date EFI must be informed before setting up. 必须根据 规格产品 - 特定要求 在交货时识别有保质期的物品 在保质期时间变更的情况下, 必须在设置之前通知 EFI In case of tight flow (Kanban, consignment stock), mixed pallets can be considered if quantities are insufficient to get homogeneous pallets. Moreover, the Supplier must indicate all the areas where products were delivered by reference as well as the origin in case of triangular operations. 9 5 IDENTIFICATION OF ACKAGING UNITS 包装单位的识别 5.1 GALIA ODETTE STANDARD LABEL Galia Odette 标准标签 The packaging label must comply with the Galia Odette standard label and be stuck onto the short side of the cardboard container. (Except for Galia cardboard containers n 15 and C40). 10 Without handling of the cover. 标签不能被遮盖 Its positioning must be defined in agreement with EFI. 粘贴位置必须与 EFI 达成一致 5.3 DEFINITION OF HANDLING UNITS 关于运输包装的定义 The handling units must be easy to pick up with the handling equipment and correspond to the following standards 包装单元必须易于被叉车搬运, 并符合以下标准 : 4 entries pallet size = 1200 x 800 mm (the pallets 1200 x 1000, 800 x 600, 1200 x 1200 are subject to a specific common agreement between the Supplier and EFI), 4 个托盘尺寸 = 1200 x 800 毫米 ( 托盘 1200 x 1000,800 x 600,1200 x 1200 符合供应商和 EFI 之间的特定共同协议 ) Maximum charge per pallet = 1000 kg, 每个托盘最大负荷 = 1000 千克, Maximum height per pallet = 1150 mm. 每个托盘的最大高度 = 1150 毫米 Cardboard containers or bags which comply with the Galia standard must be palletized without overflowing of the pallet. The maximum weight authorized by parcel is 12 kg. All cardboard containers must be obligatorily fixed to the pallet by a plastic strap so as to resist without any damage to many handling operations; 符合 Galia 标准的纸板箱或包装袋必须放置在托盘上, 不能超出托盘的尺寸 单个包装单元最大重量为 12 公斤 所有纸板箱必须用塑料打包带牢固地固定在托盘上. 以防止在搬运运输处理操作中造成损坏. metallic straps are prohibited. 禁止使用金属带 Stretch film is allowed only if a specific deviation provision has been signed between EFI and the Supplier. 只有在 EFI 和供应商之间签署了特定的偏差条款, 才允许使用缠绕膜. In the case of deliveries in bags on pallets and if plastic straps are proven ineffective, only heat-shrunk covers are accepted. All pallets comprising cardboard containers and reels must be stackable. Drums and cans are supplied on 1200 x 800 pallets. 14 5.7 ACKAGING LIST DEFINITION 包装清单定义 Each package will be identified with a Galia Odette ackaging label designed as ackaging Unit. 每个包装将标有设计为包装单位的 Galia Odette 包装标签 Any re-labelling will be subject to an additional invoicing per packaging unit. - 每个任何重新粘贴的标钱将按照包装单位另行开具发票 Every Handling Unit (or parcel) will bear a grouping label, transport label or handling label or a mixed handling label, called Handling Unit. - 每个处理单元 ( 或包裹 ) 将带有分组标签, 运输标签或处理标签或称为处理单元的混合处理标签 The information relating to delivery and in conformity to Odette Galia standard are mentioned on the label (cf.: - 有关交付和符合 Odette Galia 标准的信息在标签上提及 ( 参见 Every delivery will be done with «neutral» cardboard containers, without any identification of the Supplier on them. The only types of cardboard containers accepted are Galia 9, 10, 12, 13, 16 and CA 40.
