HKANA is a member of EAN International representing in 130 countries/economies with around 1 million users worldwide. Ms. LIN is represented at numerous international and local committees including Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) Asia Council, Global Commerce Initiative (GCI) Imports/Exports Apparels Sub-Committee, ISO/SC31 on Automatic Data Capture, Hong Kong Employees Retraining Board Computer Networking System Committee. In December 2001, Ms. Lin is appointed as a member of the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council (LOGSCOUNCIL) of the HK SAR Government. In Feb 2004, Ms. LIN is invited to be the Member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council Logistics Services Advisory Committee.

3 - 3 - Dr. Raymond CHEUNG, PhD Princeton University, Associate Professor, Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management Director, Master of Technology Management in Global Logistics Management of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Dr. Raymond CHEUNG is an associate professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at HKUST. He received his PhD degree at Princeton University, MA and BSc at York University. His main research interests include freight transportation planning, logistics, network optimization and stochastic programming. He has done projects and consulting works with major operators in trucking, ocean terminals, air-cargo terminals, and manufacturing companies. After receiving a CAREER award from the National Science Foundation of the US while teaching in the US, he returned to Hong Kong in 1996 to start a number of logistics education and research programs. Mr. Irvin TSE, MBCI, RSO Operations Manager Marks and Spencer (Asia Pacific) Limited Mr. Irvin TSE is a statutory member (MBCI) as well as the Hong Kong Representative of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) of the United Kingdom. He is a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) with the Labour Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government. He sits on the committee of the Hong Kong Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) as the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Representative. He is a Council Member of ISM (Hong Kong) Ltd. Irvin worked for a major British Bank in Hong Kong for six-and-a-half years before joining Marks and Spencer (Asia Pacific) Limited over nine years ago. He currently holds the capacity of Operations Manager looking after corporate social responsibility audit, business continuity planning, health and safety, security, store development, equipment procurement, facilities management, in addition to Head Office Administration. Mr. Raymond HUI Director of Distribution Greater China Amway China Co. Ltd Mr. Raymond HUI is currently responsible for all logistics matter of Amway in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Mr. HUI has more than 25 years experience in logistics and has held key positions in many multinational companies. Prior to joining Amway, he worked for Dodwell Trading, H.K. & China Gas, Dairy Farm International and Glaxo China & Hong Kong Ltd. Mr. HUI is the Council member of both the Chinese Federation of Logistics and Purchasing of Beijing, and Guangzhou Logistics Association. He is a

4 - 4 - frequent speaker at conferences and seminars presenting topics such as logistics, Inventory, and operations management. Language: Cantonese with English Terminology.
