4 Parts Design and Development Material Selection Application-based material selection thanks to our 40 years of processing experience and extensive in-house engineering plastics and compounds database supported by Dimensional Analysis Equipment. Design Support State of the art Parts Simulation Systems like SolidWorks and Pro-Engineering Wildfire, alongside other resources like CAD, allow our dedicated in-house engineers to design new parts, or modify existing ones. All these resources helps us establish if a part will be mechanically suitable for its purpose before it is ever constructed. Rapid Prototyping Drilling/Milling/Molding parts out of the same or similar plastic material allows for final validation of mechanical and functional properties 4

5 Molds Design and Manufacturing Mold Design Our European engineers lead and supervise the mold design process, while our Chinese team allows us to offer our customers fast and cost-effective drawings. This ideal combination guarantees the quality level and professionalism our customers have grown used to, with very attractive pricing. Numerical Simulation Thanks to our sophisticated suite of CAE computer programs we are able to analyze the melted polymer flow, injection pressure, and clamping force required for the production of top quality parts. This has been key in the development of new molding processes and designs. Mold Manufacturing Local supervision during the whole manufacturing process is ensured by European engineers in China. Mold Validation Mold tests take place in both China and Belgium before ever going into production. 5

Production Control Precision and repeatability are insured in SiP thanks to our State-of-the-Art molding processes and engineering methodology. Every mold/machine setup is performed by our team of engineers, and every facility offers automation resources such as Parts Manipulation Robots, Dryers & Automatic Loaders, Conveyor Belts, and even In-line Video Control. 2K Injection Molding Stringent processes such as 2K injection molding can be implemented within SiP plants either in China or in Belgium 6

Sub-Assembly Our highly skilled staff or automated robots can flawlessly handle insert placement and parts/kits assembling operations. Packaging to customers specifications is standard in all our facilities. Clean-Room Our Belgian facility counts with a certified clean-room (Class Class 100) for either injection molding or parts conditioning for cases in which a low level of environmental pollutants is required. 7
