2 Dear Exhibitor, We would like to welcome you to LINC Asia-Pacific 2019 and thank you for your interest in our course and your participation. We have prepared this manual as an aid to your preparation for the exhibition at LINC Asia-Pacific Kindly take some time to read it and return the necessary forms to us/our assigned freight forwarder in time. 3 General information Main arena: The main arena will seat up to 350 persons. Full day programme with state of the art lectures, clinical trial reviews and controversial, interdisciplinary debates, alternating with numerous live case demonstrations highlighting current interventional challenges and new technologies. Stand construction permit: It has to be ensured that the stands are not higher than 2.5 meters. When planning your booth, please respect the other exhibitors and do not plan any advertisement, construction, or furniture that might be negatively influencing the booth of your neighbour. Lettering applied to stands and exhibits, as well as company logos and trade names, must not exceed permitted construction heights and must look attractive from all sides. This rule also applies to all booth constructions. If your booth has the entire depth of 2m, the side walls may NOT exceed the depth of 1m. Any alternations are subject to a prior written application and require written approval. Any kinds of tapes on venue fixture is not allowed. Self-standalone structure or stands are recommended. Should this regulation be ignored, the exhibitor will be held accountable for all cleaning costs that may be necessary. Language: The official language of the course will be English. Security If you are in need of a security guard please fill in the order form Form 9 from the order pad on our website. Cleaning of stands Be aware that exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their garbage and the storage of the packaging material. There will be no room for storing packaging material in the exhibition hall. Basic cleaning service on booth area (vacuum of trash) will be provided by the organiser. However, if you are in need of extra cleaning service, please contact: helpdesk@asiaworld-expo.com for inquiry. Hire of personnel If you are in need of personnel please fill in the order form Form 12 from the order pad on our website.
