6 Process, Continued 5 We will send you an official Request for Deposit which is the total estimated value of your order. The order may be more or less and we will prepare a residual invoice or refund as required. Payment of the deposit finalizes the contract and we begin the process of filling the order. 6 We will book your space on the ship normally NEAS but also NSSI if requested. The Maritime Shipper will send you a contract which you will sign and forward back to NEAS and Northern Shopper. 7 We will prepare your order based on your order guide and special notes, and package your goods in such a way that they will be fully protected for their journey to you. 8 We will prepare a crate to fit the size of your order, label it and deliver to the shipping company for furtherance to your community s beach. 9 We will prepare the final invoice or refund, and provide full support until you have received your sealift and are satisfied with the condition of your order. Normal Rates and Fees Shopping Fee A percentage based fee is used to create a high degree of predictability with your overall costs. It is designed to reflect the average time and resources used to fill your order.
