4 Electronic Or Mechanical Which One Is Right For You? Our skids come in two designs. Mechanical & electronic. This relates to the method of registering the metered volume & how the amount of product loaded onto the tanker is controlled. The two options are mechanical, with mechanical counters & presets or electronic, with a central load computer providing electronic loading & flow control. Electronic skids are ideal for companies who have a number of tankers or multiple depots & want greater levels of security & control. SAFETY FIRST FOR COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND Whichever option you choose you can be assured that operator & tanker loading safety is an integral part of the design on ALL IFC Inflow skids. All of our skids come with the following as standard: Our five point safety system including, 1) thermal pressure relief 2) tanker overfill & earth ground monitoring 3) emergency stop control 4) vapour venting tank with overfill protection 5) dry break disconnect couplers. Are designed & built under our ISO9001 Quality Assurance System. All on skid electrical work is completed by COMPEX certified engineers to the latest ATEX standards. We use ONLY ATEX or ExD compliant equipment. All electrical works on our skids is third party inspected by COMPEX certified engineers. Are built for Zone 1 hazardous area & are suitable for operation with distillates & spirits. ELECTRONIC SKID FEATURES Loading is performed via the central MPC100 load computer which controls loading via electronic flow control valves. Advantages of using the electronic system include: Driver & vehicle PIN code authorisation - providing increased security & loading control. On screen instructions for loading - easy to use for all operators. Back lit display - good for low light operations. Rugged non moving keys - low maintenance & increased reliability. Links directly to a remote printer - easy printing of bills of lading (BoL). Optional connection to Terminal Automation Software (TAS) - integrates loading operations with wet stock control. With remote programming, reporting & overview. 10,000 transaction system memory - easy retrieval of loading histories. Various inputs/outputs for interfacing to other devices such as temperature, pressure & density measurement. MECHANICAL SKID FEATURES Loading is controlled via individual mechanical preset counters connected to mechanical two stage flow control valves. Benefits of a mechanical system include: Traditional technology - tried, tested & reliable. Individual counters on each meter - if one register fails the other meters will continue to work. Widely used - good availability of parts & service knowledge. 4 IFC INFLOW LIMITED 2017

5 Electronic Skid - ADE Range Widely bought as a cost effective replacement for outdated top loading equipment. Our electronic bottom loading skids offer the latest in electronic loading control & provide the best option for accurate stock control & loading management. Electronic skids are ideal for companies who have multiple sites, run more than 5 tankers or want the ability to interface to depot software to integrate the data provided by the skid load computer into stock reconciliation systems. MPC 100 load computer. Easy to operate batch controller that centrally controls all loading operations Electronic flow control valves, allow slow opening & closing of loading line to prevent excessive loads on pipe & meters Acuflow electronic 3 or 4 bulk flow meter. High accuracy & repeatability. Electronic skids are becoming increasing popular within the oil distribution industry as the benefits of electronic control of loading operations become more recognised. Features include: Loading authorisation using a driver or vehicle allocated PIN code for greater security. Vehicle identification using a simple numerical identifier for further security. The storing of historical loading data for future reference. Link to office printer for easy printing of bills of lading, integrating stock control & load monitoring. Connection to depot automation software to allow remote monitoring & control of all depot loading operations. Multiple interfaces to other equipment including safety emergency stop & tanker rack monitor. Our electronic skids are available in two standards, speeds of up to 800L/min & up to 1400L/min versions. Options include pumps onboard, manual or semi-auto API couplers, two stage or digital flow control, weather canopy, light assembly & colour coded hose protection sleeves. ADE litre per minute skids are ideal for companies with between one & five tankers. ADE litre per minute skids. We recommend this speed for companies with more than five tankers & for busy sites where multiple tankers are loading in a short time frame. IFC INFLOW LIMITED

6 Mechanical Skid - AD Range Still built to our original design, our AD range of mechanical loading skids have been serving the oil distribution industry for over 25 years. The reliability of their design has stood the test of time & they are both cost effective & easy to operate. Mechanical skids are ideal for single site operations, companies with fewer than 5 tankers, or for businesses who do not require electronic automation. Optional weather canopy & light assembly Mechanical printer/counter/preset counter assembly Mechanical skids are the tried & tested option. If all you need is accurate, reliable loading then this design of skid is the ideal choice. Key features include: Industry leading Veeder-root registers, printers & preset counters fitted to our meters as standard. Individual registers for each flow meter allow independent operation of each loading point. Mechanical two stage flow control valves which do not require external power. Skids are widely used with a good availability of parts & service knowledge. Two stage mechanical preset valve Our mechanical skids are available in two standards, speeds of up to 800L/min & up to 1400L/min versions.
