TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) The Agency shall have valid PAN Card, GST Registration & Labour Lisence. 2) The Agency shall have experience in similar nature of job. 3) The Agency should be capable to deliver at least 150 nos. bill per day as per schedule of the concerned Sr. Manager/Manager. 4) The Agency must have manpower having adequate knowledge for smooth Delivery of Energy Consumption Bill to the Consumer premises. 5) The manpower deployed for the above mentioned purposes should be sincere to his job. 6) In case of absent of a person from the duty substitute shall have to be managed by the Agency. 7) No extra remuneration shall have to be paid to the Agency except monthly bill. 8) Bill Shall be duly verified and certified by the concerned revenue manager of the Sub-Division. 9) Delivery of Bill shall be completed within stipulated period of the billing cycle. 10) In case of non completion of delivery within due date for the reasons attributed to him, recovery shall be made from the 1% of the Contract Value for such delay for the bills delivered beyond due time. 11) The Agency shall have to submit authenticated identity of the persons engaged by him/them with details educational qualification. Photo identity card shall be issued by the concerned Agency mentioning validity period of the said identity card with obtaining counter signature of the concerned Sr. Manager/Manager. 12) The Agency shall be liable to replace by suitable manpower within 24(twenty four) hours if performance of any of his worker is observed to be unsatisfactory.

6 13 ) The Bill delivery work shall be considered completed only after delivery of energy bill after obtaining signature of the consumer or his/her representative on the space meant for along with filling up of other columns as in the bill delivery sheet. 14) Complete bill delivery sheet is to be submitted at the end of each day to the Sr. Manager/Manager. 15) Unsatisfactory performance/ delay in executing the job by the agency shall be liable for the security money to be forfeited and the Agreement may be cancelled. 16) The agency shall have to deliver the notice to the defaulting consumer premises as and when required as per decision of the licensee. No extra charge shall be paid for this purpose. 17) Payment will be made as per TSECL norms. 18) The rate shall be valid for. If necessary it may be extended for a further period at the same rate and terms & conditions. The successful bidder shall enter into a agreement within 7(seven) days from the date of issue of Letter Of Award. 19) Earnest 2% of the estimated cost shall have to be deposited at the time of submission of the Quotation, in the shape of Banker Cheque or Demand Draft in favour of TSECL from any Scheduled Bank guaranteed by RBI, payable at Agartala. 20) The successful bidder shall have to furnish Bank 10% of the LOA value with required validity from any Scheduled Bank guaranteed by RBI at the time of enter into the Agreement. 21) The Agency may participate in ail or any of the works as mentioned in the Column under Serial of the Tender.
