4 ID2-F Serviced Fish Display Introduction The ID2-F is a single-deck refrigerated display case for fresh seafood. The deck is angled for improved display. It features lift-up, double-glazed front glass. This case has a combination of overhead gravity coil and refrigerated deck which provides gentle cooling for longer product life. This case can work with or without an ice bank. There is no forced draft cooling. Case lengths are variable, and base frame heights can be altered on request. It is available in standard base or pedestal options. 6 ID2-SSM Self-Serve Spray Shellfish Display Introduction The ID2-SSM is a self-serve, refrigerated shell-fish display case. It can be either remote or integral. The shellfish are kept wet through overhead nozzles, and are scooped up off the stainless steel deck. The water spray can be switched off for service. These cases can be made to various lengths. Its success derives from the simulated tidal action, which helps to prolong the life of the product. Shell-fish is in separate baskets.
