9 Our Process at Glance INWARD INVENTORY PICKING & PACKING QULAITY CHECK DISPATCH Gate entry by the security guard in SMS Verification and creation of GRN by inward team at time of unloading. Measurement of size of each SKU through Cubiscan and pasting of barcode labels on each carton. Scanning of the cartons and individual books for put away Cross check of the put away and confirmation to publisher on web report Daily cycle count using barcode scanners. Consolidation and Optimization of stock through the system generated transactions and heat mapping of the stock movement Generation of carton wise picking slip and carton label Scanning of carton label and individual pick items. Packing of the carton Dropping the carton on the conveyor for quality check Scanning and weighing of every carton on the automatic conveyor. Checking the actual weight of the carton against the system weight and re verify the contents in case of any variance. Automatic strapping of the QC checked cartons on the conveyor Consolidate the QC boxes in the dispatch locations Prepare a dispatch schedule for each transporter Make available the cartons to be dispatched to the transporter in the dispatch locations Scan the carton barcode for generating the gate pass. Handover the gate pass to the transporter for dispatch.
