The identified changes are already implemented in the affected systems. The Enterprise Business Standards Office will post the updated Volume 10 upon completion of the next change cycle. 3 2.3 AFFECTED SYSTEMS X X Characteristics / Taxonomy ecat FLIS FLIS Portfolio Workbench (FPW) Provisioning Module WebFLIS Other (Service/Agency Systems) Air Force Legacy System D043 System Requiring Change 2.4 AFFECTED DB2 TABLES Related to Volume 10, Table 103: 299 SOURCE_OF_SPLY_CD 3 REQUESTED CHANGE 3.1 BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CHANGE This Approved Cataloging Data Change documents the addition of four new Sources of Supply (SoS) to Cataloging Data and Transaction Standards, Volume 10, Table 103, Source of Supply Codes, as requested by USAF. 3.2 REQUESTED CHANGE IN DETAIL Cataloging Data and Transaction Standards, Volume 10, Table 103 explains Source of Supply Codes are used to identify a specific supply and distribution organization or requisition processing point as to its Routing Identifier Code (RIC), Military Service or Governmental ownership, and location, as well as the Cataloging Activity Code (AC) when applicable. Without a valid Source of Supply established, USAF will not be able to route requisitions to these Sources of Supply and stock would not be visible in their respective Supply system.
