5 P a g e 5 Create an Asset Step 1: Click Add New Step 2: Select the appropriate Asset Type from the dropdown list NOTE: If asset type is not listed, then CLICK HERE on how to create Name your asset

6 P a g e 6 Create an Asset Type Step 1: Select SEMS Administration tab Scroll down using arrow key until Asset Type Information is in view Select Asset Type Information Step 2: Select Add New

8 P a g e 8 Create an Asset Parent/Child Relationship Step 1: Click Child Assets tab NOTE: Click Here if unsure how to get to Asset Information screen Step 2: Click New Asset

10 P a g e 10 Service Schedules Creating Service Schedule Template Step 1: Select Service Schedule Templates NOTE: Click Here if you need assistance getting to this screen Step 2: Select Add New

11 P a g e 11 Step 3: Fill in Service Schedule details Mandatory Fields: o Asset Type o Description Step 4: Select Scheduling Tab Scheduling Options: o Calendar (fixed style based on reoccurrence schedule) o Interval (floating style based on last completed) o Conditional (Boolean style based on last completed) o Usage (hours, pumpage, or mileage)

12 P a g e 12 Step 4.1 (Calendar Schedule): Select Set Schedule Fill in the appropriate Appointment Time, Recurrence Pattern, and the Range of Occurrence Click OK to save and continue

13 P a g e 13 Step 4.2 (Interval Schedule): Check the appropriate Radio Button, selecting the choice of days apart Enter a number specifying the amount of time apart for each work order Click OK to save and continue NOTE: 0 is appropriate for the choice, All Days Step 4.3 (Conditional Schedule): Select your Source Work Order Type. SEMS will apply conditions to this WO Type when comparing NOTE: Conditional will successfully search for the WO Type when it is under the Asset Type selected in the Main tab Enter a number specifying the amount of days (X), after completion, to schedule the responding work order Select Set Condition

14 P a g e 14 Step 4.3 (Conditional Schedule Continued): Select your formula components by double-clicking, or via drag-ndrop, from the list on the left NOTE: All Formulas are True/False format. Result Box must say Formula Compiled Successfully before continuing Select OK to save and continue Select Set Fields to Copy

15 P a g e 15 Step 4.3 (Conditional Schedule Continued): Select fields from your Source Work Order to copy to your responding WO NOTE: When copying, data will be overwritten, if data in the specific field was previously entered (i.e. preset values) Select OK to save and continue

16 P a g e 16 Applying Service Schedule Template Step 1: Select Apply Service Template NOTE: Click Here if you need assistance getting to this screen Step 2: Select Schedule Template from drop down list Select the assets you would like to apply the template to by clicking in the boxes next to them Click Apply to complete scheduling

17 P a g e 17 Work Orders Create a Work Order Calendar Step 1: From SEMS Home Screen click the Show Me My Schedule, outlined in green, to access SEMS Calendar. NOTE: SEMS Home Screen can be accessed by closing any open screens in SEMS. Step 2: In the top left corner click New Work Order Select the asset you d like to create a work order from the Asset Selection screen

34 P a g e 34 Mobile Dispatching Work Order from SEMS Step 1: Fill out the details of the Work Order Once the details of the Work Order as filled out, CLICK the Dispatch button Step 2: Select the correct Mobile User you would like to receive the Work Order Click OK to dispatch

35 P a g e 35 Completing Work Order on SEMS Mobile Step 1: Select Work Order/Job Info to view details Step 2: The work order details will be filled out accordingly Click Add History to fill in history

36 P a g e 36 Step 3: Complete Staff, Arrival Time, Departure Time, and Status in order to complete work order NOTE: All 4 fields are required in order to complete work order Step 4: Click Save and Send to send work order back to SEMS NOTE: You must be connected to Wi-Fi or Cellular data in order to send it back, otherwise it will be queued until a connection is made
