2 Wemeco Wemeco is a rapidly developing company that specializes in the production of structural components and goods made from steel, stainless steel and aluminium according to the customer s specification. Depending on the specific requirements, the services we offer also embrace: technical and structural design support surface treatment (galvanisation, nickel plating, powder coating or wet painting of steel; pickling with passivation of stainless steel; and anodising or painting of aluminium) assembly of diverse components purchased by Wemeco or provided by the customer provided storage of production components or finished products delivery to any country in Europe European supplier Wemeco has a very strong position in the European market. We work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment and our staff are fluent in English, German, and Dutch. Our products are sold mostly in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Spain, and Portugal then via our costumers are distributed all over the world.

3 Progress and development We are proud of our machine park which is being steadily enhanced with new CNC machines. At present, we perform the following production processes: Conventional machining semi-automatic cutting of pipes, profiles and sheet metal punching of holes and stamping of parts bending and rolling of flats, rods, pipes and profiles turning, milling drilling, threading grinding, polishing CNC machining laser cutting of sheets, pipes, and profiles (steel up to 20 mm) edge bending of sheets (up to 4 m) turning (up to Ø 200 mm) Welding manual welding using the MIG, MAG, and TIG methods MIG and MAG welding using a welding robot Assembly of diverse parts and mechanical components of control and drive parts, electromechanical and pneumatic subassemblies testing of sub-assemblies and complete equipment to confirm proper assembly Our tool shop prepares the tooling required to guarantee repeatable production. In addition we are experienced in designing tools for performing non-standard operations. With our constant development and new production processes we strive to meet the expectations of our long-term customers.

4 Comprehensive experience We provide the following product types for our regular customers: load-bearing frames and structures, machine housings assembled industrial equipment (e.g. packing machines and conveyors) steel and stainless steel industrial tanks (e.g. for fireextinguishing systems) transport trolleys and containers (e.g. used in airports, and warehouses) substructures for special vehicles and trailers complete load-bearing structures for photovoltaic cells in solar farms many other metal products Management systems Wemeco uses a special software package for management optimization. 5 Top quality Wemeco has a quality management certificate confirming compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard, for the design, production and distribution of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium structures. For us, this is a starting point for ongoing improvement and optimisation. Our aim is to constantly improve the quality of our products, the effectiveness of our work, our standard of customer service and the efficiency of our processes. We also require a similar quality in the work of our suppliers. Wemeco s manufacturing complex comprises facilities with a total surface area of approx. 5,000 m 2, and includes: 1. the materials warehouse 2. the conventional machining department 3. the CNC and welding department the administration department 5. the shipping warehouse the finished-product storage area Specific departments carry out successive stages of production under the control of management and supervisory staff, who organize work, provide technological support and monitor the economy and punctuality of the completion of orders
