Within the framework of its assistance program in Iraq, the ICRC intends to purchase the below mentioned Goods and is hereby requesting a tender from your company for the following quality and quantity:. Goods, Quantity and Specifications Furniture, the quality and specifications should be as per the following table, all the material shall be: -Original type - If any items are not as per the list, will be rejected and returned to the seller. 4 Payment will be done by bank transfer, on the account submitted with the offer, within 15 banking days from the date of Acceptance of the Goods. The company has to provide bank identification when submitting its offer with the Bank account number which should be in the name of the company not of its owner. Bank address should be complete with name of bank branch, account number and SWIFT n, IBAN code, name of the beneficiary, must be in the company name. 5. Delivery Terms and Schedule DAP, Incoterms ICC 010 Delivery places: ICRC Premises, Street no 5, Sector 90, Hay Al Wahda, Baghdad, Iraq. Insurance will be at seller s cost as per Incoterms 010, Delivery time: 3 calendar days after Contract is signed. Documents required: Original Invoice 1 Delivery note 1 Number of copies Partial Shipment Allowed: No. Penalty clause Failure by Seller to avail the full quantity by 7 days from reception of the Order / Signature of the Contract, will result in the Seller being penalized with a 1% reduction of the value of the undelivered goods per day of delay up to a maximum of 4% of the total value of the contract and the ICRC reserve the right to cancel the contract and contract another company. 7. Quality Inspection and Acceptance The contract will be subject to quality acceptance by the Buyer himself. The Seller will give all necessary assistance to the survey company in case of dispute. The Seller will be responsible for the quantity and quality delivered according to the agreed specifications. In case of delivery of non-conforming merchandises, relevant articles of the ICRC General Conditions on Purchasing shall apply. In particular, the Buyer has the right to reject commodities not meeting the specifications stipulated in the contract. In this case, the buyer may cancel the contract or request replacement of the goods. In both cases, the Seller is liable for any costs of replacement, transportation, warehousing, taxes and charges and any other costs that may occur including removing or destruction. 8. Deposit of offers All offers have to be placed in sealed envelopes, mentioning clearly the tender reference The offers must be deposited in the Tender box before the closing date. All offers received will be held in confidence. Offer changes by Seller must be received in writing prior to the closing date and must indicate that it is a revised quotation. All participating Sellers will be notified of the result of the selection process as soon as it is concluded. 9. General Conditions The ICRC reserves the right to split the commodity into separate Purchase Orders with different Sellers. All conditions not mentioned herein shall be governed by the ICRC General Conditions on Purchasing. Acceptance of the contract entails the waiving by the Seller of its General Conditions of Sales. 10. Special Conditions Bidder offer must include the following so that it is considered: 1 Copy of your company trade license /registration certificate Your company profile/ presentation 3 ICRC Supplier Registration form dully filled and stamped by Supplier (Bidder will receive it with this RFT) 4 ICRC General Conditions of Purchasing, each page Signed and Stamped by the bidder (Bidder will receive it with this RFT) Supplier should sign each paper of Tender Request initially at the lower right corner of the papers, in addition to the main signature and stamp wherever indicated. It has to be noted that this Quotation does not imply any commission. Any offered commission will lead to the Seller's suspension. ICRC is not liable to provide any explanation for its final selection of the Seller. ICRC reserves the right to award contract to another company, as it sees fit, without assigning any reason.
