Our engineers, typically experienced with global oil and gas majors, have delivered results in the Persian Gulf and Caribbean as well as India, Syria and Vietnam. Integra pioneered IPM in Russia, and remains one the few providers of such services within the CIS today. We deliver a full range of integrated services at every stage of the E&P cycle, from single to multi-well oil and gas field developments. Our record of success includes onshore projects in Russia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, with offshore projects in Venezuela, the Caspian Sea and the Sea of Okhotsk. We specialize in managing complex, greenfield developments in harsh and remote locations with minimal infrastructure. Integra has serviced some of the most challenging and high-profile projects in Russia including Vankor, the largest oilfield in Eastern Siberia, with recoverable reserves estimated at over 3.8 billion barrels. Our expertise includes managing multiple third-party service providers on IPM projects where necessary. Typically, Integra s IPM services include preparation of contracts and required permits, selection and management of subcontractors, development and execution of an integrated work program, procurement of materials and equipment, logistics coordination and other services specific to customer needs. QHSE is central to every step in the process, with 24-hour technical and geological support and regular progress reporting. A major advantage of IPM, compared to turnkey contracting, is that customers can adjust work programs at any stage to optimize project costs. Such surveys require experience, innovation, resources and careful management. All of these are combined in IG Seismic Services Limited, IGSS. IGSS is a joint venture, formed in October 2010 between Integra and WesternGeco, part of Schlumberger. It incorporates the vast experience of Integra s leadership in the Russian geophysical industry with WesternGeco s global experience and technology. The venture benefits from: working throughout Russia and the CIS; technology in seismic data acquisition and processing, including UniQ* and Omega* software; Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan; America and Indian Sub-continent; delivering over one million shot points per year of 2D and 3D data; and power to process 2D and 3D data in time and depth domains. IGSS is a fully integrated seismic business that offers a complete service across all aspects of acquisition, processing and interpretation, from first shot to well planning. Our record of delivering challenging seismic surveys, without compromising safety, is world class. We achieved over 2.7 million man-hours worked, and 4.7 million kilometres driven, without accident in In the field, IGSS can perform 2D, 3D and 4D surveys across all land terrains, transition zone marine environments and climatic conditions. Our crews can operate with vibrators or explosives, as well as impulsive sources for shallow surveys and vertical seismic profiles (VSPs). Our state-of-the-art equipment includes: X-Vibs and Mertz vibrators; recording equipment; component surveys; and integrated land and transition zone surveys to a water depth of 25 metres. Our seismic crews are experienced in implementing flip-flop and slip-sweep vibroseis acquisition technologies, in severe winter and desert operations. Our experience and equipment allows us to undertake large-scale 3D projects and deliver to tight timeframes as demonstrated by IGSS crews working across some of the world s largest oil and gas fields in Russia and Kazakhstan. IGSS processing capability is built on the foundation of modern Omega* processing systems. External and internal support ensures that IGSS stays at the leading edge of seismic processing technology. Our integrated processing and interpretation teams in Russia and Kazakhstan use a high speed IT network to manage complex marine and land processing projects and produce time and depth products. The integration of seismic and geological data allows our interpreters to solve complex geological and field subsurface problems using Petrel*, Paradigm and Landmark* interpretation software. Our experienced staff deliver detailed subsurface models guaranteeing a fully integrated approach to exploration and reserves recovery. Integra s VNIIBT-BI plant invented the multithread downhole motor and manufactures them today in a wide range of specifications. Integra utilises modern telemetry systems to provide directional drilling services. To ensure reliability, downhole motors manufactured by Integra are tested at our own rig. Integra offers an integrated range of services and equipment that can transform project performance. Our well design center in Moscow is successor to the main research and development institute for drilling technology in the USSR. Over its 50-year history this center created many of the technologies used worldwide today, including innovative bits, diamond cutting tools, coring and formation isolation technologies, directional, horizontal and multi-hole drilling technologies, sidetracking, and many others. Russia s two main oil and gas producing provinces, Volga-Urals and Western Siberia, were explored and developed almost entirely using drilling technologies and tools developed by this institute. Today, Integra provides full well design and construction planning services, along with feasibility studies and drilling consulting. We have successfully planned onshore and offshore wells in the USA, China, Iran, Iraq, India, Vietnam, Venezuela, Mauritania, Ivory Coast and the CIS countries for major international oil and gas companies. In Russia, we are involved in large-scale development projects including Shtokman, one of the world's largest undeveloped natural gasfields; the Prirazlomnoye oilfield on the Barents Sea shelf; and the Kirinskoye gas condensate field offshore Sakhalin island. Integra owns 41 land drilling rigs including mobile, skid-mounted and heavy rigs, with lifting capacities of up to 500 tons. Significant investment in upgrading ensures the quality of our rig fleet. We are capable of drilling exploration, development and multilateral wells including extended reach drilling, short-radius and deep vertical designs. Our drilling operations are supported from bases located in Russia s traditional and developing oil and gas provinces with additional bases in key CIS markets such as Turkmenistan. Our 24 directional drilling crews use state-of-the-art MWD / LWD telemetry systems to drill deviated and horizontal wells. To ensure safe, efficient operations and in order to provide full information to the customer, Integra utilizes industry-leading software and real-time data transfer. Directional drilling services are complemented with in-house drill bit and Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) services. Technology solutions for Integra customers benefit from specialized equipment designed and manufactured in-house. Integra s VNIIBT-Burovoy Instrument plant in Perm, along with its branch in Kotovo and plant in Pavlovsk, manufacture a wide range of drilling and completion tools including packers, jars, cushion subs, fishing tools and core receivers. We also provide equipment rental, maintenance and repair services to customers through a network of service centers. VNIIBT-BI is Russia s largest manufacturer of positive displacement motors (PDM) and turbodrills, including reduction gear turbodrills. The plant is proud of inventing the multithread downhole motor used in 1966 to drill to 12,262 metres, the deepest vertical well on Earth. Today, a process of constant innovation and a highly professional design team ensure that its leadership in oilfield engineering is maintained. Integra s plants hold 47 Russian patents. Our product line incorporates over 120 types of downhole motor and over 30 turbodrills, including models for hightemperature wells. Integra s distribution network includes Russia and CIS, Asia, Africa and North America. Integra offers a full range of well servicing and workover operations from a fleet of 84 modern workover rigs with diverse hook load capacities. Our completion and production services are complemented by the manufacture of a range of proprietary downhole tools for well servicing operations. These include jars and fishing tools, submersible production pumps, and multiphase surface pumps for oil and water-gas-oil mixtures. We also cooperate with industry-leading organizations including DuPont Safety Resources and DNV to continuously improve our QHSE performance.
