16 5) SPECIAL DEVICES The following devices were developed to achieve special customer s requests and they have become independent units which can be installed in any plant as special accessories 5.1 OIL SEPARATOR Very useful to separate the oil out coming from raw pieces during the immersions on the first degreasing baths. 17 5.2 THREE AXIAL MECHANICAL AGITATION Unique design Three independent inverter controlled movements to achieve the best surface quality on high performance electrodeposition bath (satin Nickel for instance..) 5.3 ALKALINE ZINC DISSOLUTION TANK WITH EXTRACTABLE BASKETS The buffer tank is provided with an oleodynamic system that lift/lowers the zinc baskets to achieve always the right dissolution of zinc in alkaline baths
