1 PostNord Sverige AB (Sweden) SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARCELS General information These Special Terms and Conditions for PARCELS apply to the following parcel products: PostNord MyPack Collect PostNord MyPack Home PostNord MyPack Home Small PostNord Return Pickup PostNord Return Drop Off PostNord Parcel In the following named PARCEL(S) These services are provided by PostNord Sverige AB (registration no ). In these terms and conditions PostNord means PostNord Sverige AB. It is a condition for sending PARCELS that the sender has entered into a Nordic Customer Agreement (the Agreement ) with PostNord or another subsidiary of PostNord AB. In addition to these Special Terms and Conditions for PARCELS and the PostNord General Terms and Conditions for Customer Agreements ( GTC ), the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders' of 2015 ( NSAB 2015 ) apply to PARCELS and any related service with the exception of section 25 A, second paragraph (insurance), sections (limitations and resolution of disputes). With respect to the limitation and resolution of disputes clause, the provisions of these special terms and conditions and the GTC shall instead apply. As opposed to what is specified in NSAB 2015, sections 7, 15 and 19, PostNord is not liable for delayed collection unless a specific agreement has been made in that regard. See the latest version of NSAB at Additional services are stated in Fact Sheets for each individual service, please see 1 DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT 1.1 Minimum and maximum dimensions and weight limit The minimum and maximum dimensions of PAR- CELS as well as the weight limit are stated in the Fact Sheet for the individual parcel product, please see For PARCELS with a weight exceeding the maximum weight, a charge will be applied for exceeding the maximum weight (If product terms are exceeded weight). Within the Nordic region: For PARCELS with a length exceeding 1.2 m, a charge will be applied (Special handling). Where a PARCEL exceeds the maximum length and/or maximum circumference, only a charge for exceeding the maximum size will be applied. In the event that both the length and the weight of the PARCEL, or the length, circumference and the weight of the PARCEL, exceeds the maximum measures, a charge will be applied for PARCELS with a length exceeding 1.2 m (Special handling), and a further fee for the maximum weight (If product terms are exceeded weight). Outside the Nordic region: Where a PARCEL exceeds the maximum length and/or maximum circumference, only a charge for exceeding the maximum size will be applied. In the event that both the length and the weight of the PARCEL, or the length, circumference and the weight of the PARCEL, exceeds the maximum measures, a charge will be applied for PARCELS with a length exceeding 1.2 m (Special handling), and a further fee for the maximum weight (If product terms are exceeded weight). The relevant charge can be found in PostNord s current price list see postnord.se/priser. PostNord is not obliged to distribute goods that do not comply with the minimum and maximum dimensions or weight stated in the Fact Sheets. PostNord reserves the right to deal with any such goods in a manner other than in accordance with these specific terms and conditions. 1.2 Chargeable weight Freight is calculated in accordance with the chargeable weight, i.e. the actual weight or the volumecalculated weight, whichever is greater. 1.3 Volume calculation The volume-calculated weight is calculated by multiplying the PARCEL(S) total volume expressed in cubic metres by 280 kg. PARCELS which do not fit into a mail container or on a EUR pallet are not accepted in the absence of a specific agreement. 2 CONTENTS PostNord does not accept distribution of PARCELS if the packaging or contents of the PARCEL or transport or storage hereof violates any legislation or requires special measures. 2.1 Dangerous goods The PARCEL may not contain dangerous goods. For information regarding the meaning of dangerous goods, please see msb.se. MSB is the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (Myndigheten För Samhällsskydd och Beredskap). For PostNord Parcel and PostNord MyPack Home, the item may contain limited quantities of dangerous goods. For information about the meaning of limited quantities, please see msb.se. 2.2 Prohibited contents The following items may not be sent in PARCELS: Valuable items with a value exceeding 520 EUR per package (for MyPack Home Small the value cannot exceed 50 EUR per package), such as precious metals, precious stones, real pearls, furs, carpets, clocks, works of art, antiques, coupons and admission tickets. Valuable documents and securities such as money, banknotes, credit cards, telephone cards and other valuable documents. Human remains, funeral urns, body parts and organs are also prohibited, as are dead or living animals, with the exception of fruit flies, bees, leeches and silkworms. Weapons and weapon parts according to the Swedish Weapons Act, as well as ammunition according to the Swedish Weapons Act and the Swedish Act regarding flammable and explosive goods. Illegal narcotics/drugs and counterfeit products. Infectious biological substances as well as diagnostic tests which are not packaged pursuant to IATA's packaging instructions. Detailed information regarding biological substances and packaging is available from PostNord s Customer Service or from the The Public Health Agency of Sweden, , folkhalsomyndigheten.se. Goods that require a special agreement with Post- Nord: Tobacco, snuff, alcoholic drinks according to the Swedish Alcohol Act. Copies of weapons, weapon parts and ammunition. Medicines. Plants, perishables or goods that need to be chilled or heated to temperatures other than normal transportation conditions. Tyres for motorised vehicles. PostNord Parcel may not contain hazardous waste. For definition of hazardous waste, please see the Swedish Hazardous Waste Regulation (2011:927). PostNord Parcel may contain consumed products provided that it does not constitute waste but instead is deemed to be a product with intrinsic value (e.g. sale of used electronic items) and it doesn t contain hazardous waste. Goods transported by air must not contain anything which is in violation of regulations issued by IATA (International Air Transport Association)/ ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization). 2.3 Highest permitted value PARCELS may not contain items with a value which exceeds 13,000 EUR per PARCEL. For PostNord MyPack Home Small, the highest permitted value is 50 EUR per PARCEL. 3 EDI 3.1 Electronic pre-notification of PARCELS PostNord must be notified in advance of each PAR- CEL in one of the following ways: Page 1/5

2 By the Customer linking to and utilizing Post- Nord s free service Pacsoft Online; By the Customer using another Transport Administration system approved by PostNord (TA system); or By the Customer sending its own EDI files which are approved by PostNord. More information about all the pre-notification methods mentioned above can be obtained via postnord.se/frakthandlingar. In the event pre-notification pursuant to the foregoing is unavailable to PostNord, incorrect, or incomplete, the Customer will be charged a fee which is stated on PostNord s price list applicable from time to time. PostNord is not obliged to forward PARCELS for which no advance notification is given. 3.2 The Customer's undertakings (Sections shall not apply to Customers who use PostNord s free service Pacsoft Online). The Customer undertakes to: send files with transport instructions to PostNord as soon as possible, however not more frequently than four times per hour send transport instructions about the PARCEL before it is posted with PostNord submit the PARCEL to PostNord as described in the transport instructions within 60 days from the submission of the instruction provide correct information in the agreed file format (such as correct receiver postal code, code, payment reference, supplemental service codes) in accordance with the specification applicable from time to time for EDI messages, which can be ordered via postnord.se/frakthandlingar. ensure that information about the goods provided in the file conforms to the physically sent goods. 3.3 Liability and obligations The parties shall take measures to ensure that: EDI transmissions are accurate, complete and secure; EDI messages are accurate and complete; each application system is available for sending and receiving EDI transmissions at the agreed times. In the event that the information in a shipping document is different from the information in an EDI message, the information in the EDI message shall apply. Where a party wishes to change a system which can affect the recipient's system, the other party shall be contacted three months prior to the estimated entry into force of the change. Where such notice is not provided, the party who undertakes the system change shall compensate the other party for such costs which may be incurred due to the change. 3.4 Engagement of an agent A party shall be liable without limitation for an agent which it engages to receive and send EDI transmissions. 4 PACKAGING ETC. 4.1 Packaging The packaging must be suited to the content, protect the content well and withstand normal transport handling. In the event of a complaint regarding damage, the original packaging shall be saved. 4.2 Marking Each PARCEL shall be affixed with completed freight documentation in accordance with PostNord s specifications, which can be ordered via postnord.se. Product code for the specific service shall be stated on the freight documentation. The product codes are: PostNord MyPack Collect 19 within the Nordic region and 337 outside the Nordic region. PostNord MyPack Home 17 within the Nordic region and 327 outside the Nordic region. The freight documentation must also set forth the recipients door code and SMS number. PostNord MyPack Home Small -30 PostNord Return Pickup 22. The freight documentation must also set forth the return recipients door code and telephone number. PostNord Return Drop Off 24 within the Nordic region and 332 outside the Nordic region. PostNord Parcels - 18 For avoidance of doubt, for PostNord Return Pickup and PostNord Return Drop Off it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that complete freight documentation is included in the shipment or sent to the recipient. If no correct return address card is available, PostNord has no obligation to handle the shipment. The validity of a printed freight document is 60 days. For more information, contact PostNord s Customer Service on Addressing For PARCELS sent within Sweden, the address on the freight document must be the recipient's delivery address. Delivery address means the street address, post code and the town. The Customer shall be charged a fee in those cases where a box address/ post box number is stated, see PostNord s price list in force from time to time. Any door code shall be stated in the freight documentation. For more information, contact Post- Nord s Customer Service on If the item is addressed to a locality with a postal code on the City and Locality Surcharge list, see postnord.se/priser, a locality or city surcharge will be charged. For PostNord Parcel a fee will be charged if the item is addressed to a private person. The relevant fees are set forth on PostNord s price list applicable from time to time, see postnord.se/priser. For PARCELS sent outside of Sweden, the address on the freight document must be in accordance with PostNord s specifications, which can be ordered via postnord.se. 4.4 Prior to pick-up and drop-off, sorting requirements Upon collection or drop-off PostNord MyPack Home Small items should be handled separately and not mixed with other items. PARCELS destined for Norway, Finland and Denmark shall be kept separate at the time of collection or personal delivery and must not be mixed in with PARCELS for destinations in Sweden or other items. 5 CUSTOMS CLEARANCE Complete information regarding documentation upon export is set forth in the Shipping Handbook published by Business Sweden, telephone or business-sweden.se. More information may be obtained regarding Combiterms at swedfreight.se. Only a freight document is required for goods within the EU. In addition to a freight document, PARCELS outside the EU also require (1) at least three copies of a commercial invoice written in English with the PAR- CEL and (2) invoice information via EDI pursuant to PostNord s specifications which can be ordered via postnord.se/frakthandlingar. The purchase invoice must contain information regarding all PARCELS included in the shipment. Pro forma invoices may only be used for gifts or samples (at least three copies). For priority treatment (customs duty reduction), the recipient country's requirements for certificate of origin apply, e.g. an invoice declaration or EUR.1. When more than one PARCEL is included in a single customs clearance, a shipment list should be used. This should include details of the shipment item numbers and delivery addresses for the parcels included. The commercial invoice and the shipment list should accompany the shipment, and should be placed in a plastic wallet on PARCEL number 1. A fee will be charged pursuant to PostNord s price list applicable from time to time for manual registration of tariff codes; incomplete customs documents; clearance at border that is carried out by a party other than PostNord on the customer s behalf; copies of invoices; and a missing, incomplete or inaccurate customs invoice via EDI. Any extra costs in conjunction with importation into the recipient country are paid by the Customer. 6 PICK-UP / DROP-OFF 6.1 Pick-up/Drop-Off Where the Customer has goods on a daily basis, PostNord and the Customer enter into agreements regarding fixed collection times. Customers with goods on a less frequent basis book collection in one of the following manners: Internet: postnord.se Telephone: PostNord reserves the right to charge a fee if the agreed or booked pick-up is not canceled within a reasonable period of time. For PostNord Return Pickup the PostNord Customer provides the return sender with a return address label and instructions for collection. The sender contacts the PostNord transport booking department. For PostNord Return Drop Off the PostNord Customer is responsible for ensuring that a complete shipping label accompanies the shipment item or is sent to the return sender in a separate shipment item. If there is no correct return address card, PostNord has no obligation to deal with the shipment item. The validity period for a printed shipping label is 60 days. For all PARCELS, except for PostNord Return Drop Off, collection at the sender is included. However, Page 2/5

3 collection at the sender will only take place if collection can be made safely from such place according to PostNord s assessment. It is also possible to personally drop off at PostNord s service point. The maximum weight limit is then 20 kg, and the maximum length is 1.5 m. 6.2 Capacity Surcharge During certain periods, e.g. when goods volumes are higher or transport capacity is limited, a Capacity Surcharge will be charged. The time periods and additional fee are shown in PostNord s price list applicable from time to time, see postnord.se/priser. 7 DELIVERY 7.1 Delivery time The PARCEL normally reaches PostNord s collection point, the recipient or return recipient (depending on the Delivery place for the specific service) on the following weekday within Sweden. MyPack Home Small items are however normally delivered no later than two (2) working days after being dropped off for sending. A PARCEL sent to a country outside Sweden normally reaches the recipient/ the collection point within 2-6 days. PostNord MyPack Home will be delivered to the recipient s door on the agreed delivery day and time slots in accordance with Notification, although no sooner than on the next normal working day after the notification day. The total delivery time may therefore vary. The delivery time may be extended for certain towns, if the recipient chooses other delivery options or if the goods are collected by postmen on rural routes. For exact delivery times, visit postnord.se. 7.2 Delivery time guarantee PARCELS will be delivered without any delivery time guarantee. 7.3 Delivery place PostNord Parcel is a parcel service delivered to the recipients address provided that the recipient is a company. If the recipient is a private person, the recipient can be advised to collect the PARCEL from PostNord s collection point after receiving notification. PostNord MyPack Home can be sent from Sweden to recipients in the Nordic countries and in Europe as defined in the PostNord price list applicable at any given time and is delivered to the recipient s home. PostNord MyPack Home Small is a domestic service delivered to the recipient s mailbox. PostNord MyPack Collect is delivered to the recipient or the recipient s agent via PostNord s service point, or via the recipient s other choice of delivery place, once the recipient has confirmed his or her identity by producing a valid identity document. In Sweden, delivery may also take place after presentation of a valid pick up code. The pick up code is received by the recipient by proving his/hers identity via Mobile BankID in PostNord Recipient App. On delivery to an agent, the agent must also show: the recipient's identity document or pick up code (in Sweden); the recipient's identity document (in Norway); a power of attorney signed by the recipient (in Finland and Germany); the recipient s notification in the form of a text message, , letter or power of attorney signed by the recipient (in Denmark); a copy of the recipient s ID (in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg); the person collecting the item s ID document and the parcel ID (in Austria). PostNord Return Pickup is a domestic service handling Returns. Return items is delivered to the return recipients address. PostNord Return Drop Off can be sent from the Nordic countries and from Europe as defined in Post- Nord s price list applicable at any given time and is delivered to the recipients address in Sweden. Regardless of what is stated under this section 7, delivery will only take place if delivery can be made safely to such place according to PostNord s assessment. 7.4 Passable Roads Delivery of PARCELS that shall be made to the stated address requires that the address is located on a generally passable road. "Passable road" means roads in respect of which the Swedish Road Administration ( Vägverket ) has not stated any limits of axle loads. Where there is a communal reception or a loading dock/goods reception facility, delivery will be made here in accordance with the section Proof of delivery below. If the item cannot be delivered with proof of delivery or if it cannot be delivered due to for example impassable roads or if delivery cannot be made safely according to PostNord s assessment PostNord will notify the recipient in the form of a SMS, an or a letter that delivery could not be performed as planned. The item will be available for collection by the addressee at PostNord s service point on the following weekday. Deliveries to recipients within secure areas at airports and ports require Approved supplier status. The goods must also be labelled with the words Approved supplier. The Swedish Transport Agency can provide more information, please see transportstyrelsen.se. 7.5 Proof of delivery PostNord Parcel, PostNord Return Pickup, PostNord Return Drop Off and PostNord MyPack Home are delivered against proof of delivery. "Proof of delivery" means that the recipient, who need not be the stated person personally, signs a physical or electronic dispatch note. Delivery can also be made without proof of delivery in accordance with the Additional service Delivery without POD if such is available for the service in question or if the recipient and PostNord have agreed on this in writing For PostNord MyPack Home to Norway delivery may be made without proof of delivery if the recipient has chosen the way of delivery or if the recipient and PostNord agree on this in writing. Delivery without POD means that instead of making the delivery to the recipient using the proof of delivery procedure in accordance with section 7.5.1, Post- Nord can use the delivery record and leave the shipment item at the stated delivery address. In this case, the delivery record constitutes proof that the shipment item has been delivered to the recipient. Information about delivery record can be found using the goods search function via postnord.se or through PostNord s Customer Services on +46 (0) In the event of delivery via Post- Nord s service point, PostNord MyPack Home items will be delivered to the recipient or the recipient s agent on production of a valid identity document For PostNord MyPack Home to Denmark parcels are delivered with proof of delivery to recipients who have a special agreement with PostNord. Recipients who do not have a special agreement can also choose to have a parcel delivered to a specific place at the delivery address without proof of delivery or agree that delivery is made to a neighbor. Delivery without POD means that instead of making the delivery to the recipient using the proof of delivery procedure in accordance with section 7.5.1, PostNord can use the delivery record and leave the parcel as agreed. In this case, the delivery record constitutes proof that the parcel has been delivered to the recipient. Information about delivery record can be found using the goods search function via postnord.se or through PostNord s Customer Services on +46 (0) In the event of delivery via PostNord s service point, PostNord MyPack Home items will be delivered to the recipient or the recipient s agent on production of the recipient s notification in the form of an SMS text, , letter or signed authority. 7.6 Returns If the recipient has not collected a PARCEL within 14 days (within the Nordic region) and 7 days (outside the Nordic region), the PARCEL is returned to the sender provided at the Customer s cost. For PostNord MyPack Collect the following apply - Returns from Denmark; Finland and countries outside Nordic region The return includes collection and handling at a domestic terminal in the recipient country, as well as transportation to the Swedish return address specified by the sender. - Returns within Sweden The return includes collection and handling in Sweden, as well as transportation to the Swedish return address specified by the sender. - Returns from Norway The return includes collection and handling at a terminal, as well as transportation to the Norwegian return location at the address stated on the shipping label. Also see Goods to Norway and Åland Islands point Marking. When goods is returned to a return address in Sweden responsible sender shall create a commercial invoice, see postnord.se online services Create commercial invoice for returned goods from Norway. It is the Customer s responsibility to arrange collection of returns on a weekly basis, i.e. create a commercial invoice as described above. In cases where the Customer fails to take home returns in accordance with the above, Post- Nord reserves the right to charge the Customer for the cost of storage and/or other expenses for administrative measures that may arise. 7.7 PostNord Return Drop Off sent from Norway and Aland Island to Sweden What is stated about the senders responsibilities to create a commercial invoice etc. under 7.6 Returns from Norway above, shall also apply to PostNord Return Drop Off sent from Norway and Aland Islands to Sweden. In addition, the commercial invoice must contain information about all PARCELS included in the shipment, the Seller and the Buyer with a contact person and telephone number, EORI number, item, quantity, goods code, weight, country of origin and payment terms and conditions. The commercial invoice should be made out to a consignee who is VAT registered in the recipient country and who has customs credit. 7.8 Forwarding PARCELS are not forwarded. Page 3/5

4 7.9 X-rays of packages sent by air All PARCELS sent by air will be x-rayed according to the provisions set forth in Regulation (EC) No 300/2008. Where it is not possible to identify the contents of the PARCEL in such an x-ray, transportation by air will be denied. In such cases, the package will be transported, if possible, to the recipient by another means of transportation, resulting in delayed delivery. In all other cases, the PARCEL will be returned to the sender. 8 NOTIFICATION PostNord MyPack Collect Notification takes place as agreed either by or SMS notification. Advice by /sms is sent to the addressee s address/ mobile telephone. The shipment may be collected immediately upon receipt of the message/sms. Advice by and SMS is included free-of-charge in the service. Advice by letter is only sent to recipients in countries in the Nordic region. The shipment may be collected immediately upon receipt of the advice. A fee is payable for Advice by Letter. See PostNord s price list applicable from time to time. Notifications to the recipient include alternative delivery options. For example delivery to a different collection point. Some of these delivery options are available after payment by the recipient. For more information about the recipient s delivery options, see FlexChange at postnord.se. PostNord MyPack Home PostNord notifies the recipient to agree on a delivery day and time slot. Notification normally takes place on 1-3 working days after posting, see postnord.se for delivery times. Notification takes place via text message or , according to the information provided by the sender for the recipient in the EDI file see section 3 EDI above. Notifications to the recipient include alternative delivery options. For example, Delivery Without A POD or delivery to a different collection point. Some of these delivery options are available after payment by the recipient. For more information about the recipient s delivery options, see FlexChange at postnord.se. For items not collected at a collection point more than 7 days after notification is made, PostNord will charge a fee from the 8 th day for storage per day in accordance with PostNord s current price list see postnord.se/priser. PostNord MyPack Home Small PostNord provides the recipient with pre-advice via SMS and if the recipient s mobile telephone number or address is stated in the EDI information, see section EDI above. The advice includes information stating that the PARCEL is on its way to the recipient. The pre-advice is included free of charge in the service. An SMS and/or shall be sent to the SMS number/ address which has been provided on the same day as the PARCEL has been delivered to the addressee. The confirmation contains information that the PARCEL has been delivered to the addressee. Confirmation of delivery is included free of charge in the service. If a PostNord MyPack Home Small item does not fit into the recipient s mailbox, notification that it can be collected is issued. Such notification is provided via SMS, or letter. A fee based on the applicable price list from time to time is charged for notification by letter. Notification is carried out via text message or if the recipient's mobile telephone number or address is specified in the PARCEL S transport instructions, which are sent to PostNord via EDI (see section EDI above). Notification is carried out by letter if no mobile telephone number or address is available. 9 GOODS TO NORWAY AND ALAND ISLANDS 9.1 Packaging For items sent to Norway, the Customer undertakes to pack items on a pallet and label the PARCELS included. For PostNord MyPack Home and PostNord MyPack Collect, the Customer undertakes to mark the pallet DPD Split Shipment flag and tick that the pallet contains PostNord MyPack Home or PostNord MyPack Collect. 9.2 Marking The PARCEL shall be addressed in accordance with PostNord s specifications, which can be ordered via postnord.se. Return handling includes collection and handling at a terminal, as well as transportation to the Norwegian return location at the address stated on the shipping label. 9.3 Customs declaration and export documentation See section 5 Customs Clearance above. For priority treatment (customs duty reduction), the recipient country's requirements for certificate of origin apply, e.g. an invoice declaration or EUR The Customer s responsibility The Customer is responsible for all costs resulting from the recipient s failure to pay charges and taxes such as customs duty and VAT, in accordance with official decisions. 9.5 Creating pro forma invoices for returns At postnord.se you can see which PARCELS are registered for return and create a proforma invoice for these, which is required for returns. For PostNord MyPack Collect and PostNord MyPack Home proforma invoices may only be used for gifts or samples (at least three copies). 10 LIABILITY 10.1 PostNord s liability Neither of the services included in PARCELS are mail forwarding services. PostNord s liability in respect of PARCELS is regulated by NSAB 2015 unless otherwise set forth in these special terms and conditions Period of liability PostNord's liability for an item shall commence upon receipt by PostNord of the item, and shall cease when the item is delivered to the specified recipient's address or another location agreed upon with the recipient, however, not necessarily to the stated recipient personally. In respect of items that are picked up at PostNord s service centers or other service points or delivery point, liability shall cease to apply upon delivery of the item to such place. PostNord's liability shall also cease when the item is deemed to be undeliverable and is returned to the sender Exclusion and limitation of liability NSAB 2015 and legislation governing the carriage of PARCELS provide that PostNord s liability is limited to certain specified amounts and that PostNord s liability is exclude where certain conditions exist. PostNord does not assume any liability for an item which contains dangerous or prohibited contents in contravention of the provisions set forth in section 2.1 or 2.2 above, or for goods the value of which exceeds the highest permissible market value in accordance with section 2.3. PostNord shall not be liable for damage to refrigerated, frozen or fresh goods as a consequence of refrigeration or heating in excess of normal transport handling. PostNord shall not be liable for damages arising as a consequence of the fact that any person, following delivery, uses the contents of an item in order to perpetrate acts illegally or without authority or authorization. PostNord is not liable for any indirect damage or consequential loss, e.g. lost profits, loss of markets or other similar damage or loss. Only proven losses will be compensated. Where PostNord has paid full compensation in respect of an item, title thereto shall vest in PostNord where PostNord so desires Customer s liability The Customer is liable for its obligations. In particular the Customer shall ensure that - submitted items fulfil the requirements set forth in these Special Terms and Conditions and the GTC, - the mandatory information on the freight document and which is pre-notified by EDI is stated in full and accurately, - the contents of an item are wrapped/packaged in such a manner that, be it in whole or damaged condition, they cannot cause damage to other items or to PostNord s personnel, equipment or facilities. Countries have different import regulations. See Country Information at postnord.se. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the PARCEL does not contain any object which is prohibited from being imported into the relevant recipient country. More specific information can be provided by Business Sweden at or PostNord s Customer Service at Notice of a claim Claims must be filed within the deadlines stated in NSAB In addition to NSAB 2015, a claim must have been filed in any case including in the event of total loss no later than six (6) months after the item was handed over to PostNord Limitations period Claims against PostNord must be brought within a period of one year from the dates specified below. Where claims are not brought within the prescribed period, the right to bring the claim shall be forfeited. The time shall be calculated: in the event of diminution, damage, or delay: from the day on which the item was delivered to the recipient; in the event of loss: from the day on which the item is deemed to be lost in accordance with what is stated below. Lost item means an item which, within the period prescribed below, is not delivered to the recipient, notified to the addressee and is available for collection or returned to the sender. The prescribed time for domestic items is 30 days after the item is received by PostNord and for international items 30 days after the expiry of the agreed time or, where a particular time has not been agreed Page 4/5
