2 JAN-18 What it is included in DDU quote? IMPORT FCL: LCL: All expenses from arrival port to door house consignee always MBL will be consigned directly to our company (*). All expenses except arrival expenses from co-loader. For DDU DDP shipments you have to pay and agree the arrival expenses with the co-loader you will use at origin (*). MBL has to be consigned to our company. AIR: All expenses from arrival airport to door house consignee always MAWB will be consigned directly to our company (*). *What it is NOT included in DDU quote? 1-Demurrages at destination for any cause.* Free days: FCL: 5 natural free days at port. 6 th - 10 th after arrival: 25 x day x x day x 40 &hc th 17 th after arrival: 50 x day x x day x 40 &hc. After 18 th day: 80 x day x x day x 40 &hc. LCL: 7 natural free days at warehouse Minimum: 75 euros x shipment Fee per week: 25 euros x cbm or ton AIR: 3 natural free days. After that: Minimum: 55 euros. Fee per day: 8 euros per every 100 kgs since day of arrival. After the first 20 days of arrival, the demurrage fee rate will increase 250 euros per customs penalty for clearance delay and demurrages will be 20 euros per every 100 kgs. *May vary depending carrier/wharehouse. 3 JAN-18 IMPORT 2-Extra-charges for type of cargo. All expenses for general cargo are included. Not valid for Hazardous Dangerous cargo if not indicated in the quote. Not valid for refrigerated / perishable cargo if not indicated in the quote. Not valid for personal effect cargo if not indicated in the quote. If the type of cargo is already indicated in the offer, no other surcharge will be applied due the cargo type. If the type of cargo is NOT indicated in the offer, please ask your sales representative for the apply surcharges. (If MBL/MAWB is not consigned to us, we will debit 50 extra per handling). 3.-Extra-charges for delivery The rate of delivery is included for general cargo and in regular truck-fcl included with 1 hour to unload trucks and 3 hours for FCL since hour of arrival. Rates are based on next day delivery (same province of arrival port) or 48 hours (other province of arrival port) once clearance is done. 3 The deliveries always are at warehouse / streets. We don t lift or classification the cargo into floors, particular homes or inside of warehouses. Consignee has to provide staff and equipment to unload the cargo from the truck-containers and get it into their warehouse. In case of deliveries in city limits streets don t have the right to stop the trucks or FCL to unload, consignee has to inform police and ask for permissions to avoid delays, or double transports. The rates don t include: Elevate platform truck : 3500 kgs or more Forklift / Crane truck: Waiting time unload: +23 tons x FCL: +2m any size package LCL-AIR: 25% base fee increase. Study case by case. 45 x hour (truck) 65 x hour (FCL) 25% base fee increase. Need to check case by case fee rate x deliver, please ask prior shipment.

4 FCL rates are based in our own services. If shipping line doesn t accept we do it by our truck services we will debit same rate shipping line will debit to us providing you copy of the invoice. Please confirm with shipping line in origin, before make the booking; they accept we can deliver the container. For personal effects we will ask a guarantee of 250 euros prior deliver in order any surcharge will cause at delivery of the cargo. If all is ok we will return once the truck driver will confirm the cargo has been unloaded without extra waiting time. 4.-Extra-chages for Customs Clearance Customs clearance service fee is included in the quote for 1 customs clearance x shipment. Not included: Shipment with more than 3 containers in 1 c. clearance: Inspection (if needed): More than 1 customs clearance in 1 shipment: Sanitary Services / Soivre: Scanner: 10 HS CODES included: Amend Customs document after cleared: 35 x additional 80 x inspection. 65 x additional. 40 x service. 130 x service. 10 x every 5 additional. 60 x document There are 20 days to clear the cargo since arrival. After that customs charge an abandon penalty of 250 euros Extra-charges for Port Expenses Port Expenses fee Includes all expenses from shipping line: THC, BL, etc... for general cargo in BOX containers. Not include: Inspections fee if necessary: At port cost (total carrier cost). Demurrages at port if necessary: At port cost (total carrier cost). If DDU shipment, which expenses will pay the consignee? Consignee only will pay the TAXES which are DUTIES & CUSTOMS VAT. * I need DDP service, which expenses I have to add to your DDU quote? You need to add the TAXES which are Duties and Customs Vat. *If consignee is NOT a company, and the cargo is not personal effects, you have to add a 5.2% increase of duties due local laws.

5 Do you insurance the cargo? We don t insurance the cargo. DDU-DDP shipments ha to be insured at origin as INCOTERMS rules. Can you make the debit note in USD? We can invoice you in USD, then we will add an extra 1% total invoice due exchange future exchange rate loose with a minimum of 50 usd. Please ask for this service at the time of book our services. Can you NOT deliver the cargo once we have delivered to the shipper the originals BLS? By local law we can NOT retain the delivery of any cargo if consignee deliver to us the originals BLS or ORIGINALS AWB are flying with the cargo. In that case, what we CAN do, is deliver the cargo against any amount shipper will still have not pay to you, and in this way consignee will make pressure to the shipper to pay you. 5 How to consign a cargo? 6 JAN-18 IMPORT Witch documents do you need to clear a COMPANY consignee cargo? -HOUSE BL -MASTER BL (If MBL is consigned directly to consignee, we will debit 50 extra per handling) -SHIPPING COMMERCIAL INVOICE & PACKING LIST with the next requirement: -PDF file -Terms DDU-DDP indicated in the invoice. -HS CODE indicated in the invoice. -The shipping commercial Invoice has to be signed and stamped. -FULL details of consignee which includes: PHONE, PERSON IN CHARGE and . -Customs clearance authorization by the consignee (we provide this document to the consignee directly). 7 Witch documents do you need to clear personal effects? Please read carefully this post: Take in consideration the IMPORT part. How to start? We need with the pre-alert you send us all documents as indicated before. We need also: Depending if the shipper or consignee will pay / accept extra-charges if occur. What NFS guarantee with this quote? We guarantee if all documents are sent 10 days prior arrival the cargo by sea, or any day prior departure by air, and we provide the OK to them, we will clear the cargo within any demurrages or extra charges if no inspection from customs asked, and consignee no special needs. We can not guarantee the transit times of the cargo. Transit times is only estimated and based on the information shipping lines / air companies provide us. How to make the payment? 7 Once we recive your pre-alert we will send you draft of invoice and bank details in ordert to make the transfer prior arrival de cargo.
