1 Request for Quotes JAUNT Vehicle Maintenance Facility and Administrative Facility Furniture Due Date: 13 December 2018 at 1:00pm Contact: Christopher Rowland x131 Quotes must be ed or provided in a drop box/file share program by the due date. Overview: JAUNT is soliciting quotes from qualified companies to supply furniture for their newly renovated vehicle maintenance facility and portions of their administrative office. These areas require new and/or additional furniture to outfit the spaces. JAUNT anticipates purchasing items from multiple vendors to outfit the two facilities. The primary funding sources for this are the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). As a sub-recipient of state and federal funds, JAUNT is subject to all procurement and grants management requirements as mandated by the funding sources. Vendors should reference JAUNT s procurement policy and the FTA Master Agreement. Selection: JAUNT will select items based on price, quality, meeting JAUNT s functional expectations, and lead-time necessary for product delivery. Scope of Work: Detailed below are JAUNT s specific needs. Vendors should note if there are price breaks for purchasing a specified number of each item and where those price breaks are. Vendors are encouraged to visit the JAUNT facility to better understand the layout of the vehicle maintenance facility and administrative facility. Visits should be coordinated through Christopher Rowland (ChrisR@ridejaunt.org). JAUNT expects all administrative facility furniture to match and/or complement existing furniture. Attached are pictures of some of the existing furniture in the administrative office. CAD drawings are not available. JAUNT is not looking for design services. Vendors must identify in their quotes which item in the request their item in the proposal is meeting. Vendors are encouraged to offer multiple solutions for an item to allow JAUNT to choose. Budget restrictions may prevent the immediate purchase of all items. JAUNT will use this solicitation and responses to purchase additional items as funding becomes available or additional items are required.
