1 ASX Announcement (ASX:RAN) 6 September 2017 Range Board appoints Mr Jon Guyett as CEO recycled plastic pallets, is pleased to announce the conclusion of its comprehensive search for a new Chief Executive Officer with the appointment of Mr Jon Guyett to the role. Mr appointment is expected to commence from 11 October Mr Guyett has extensive experience working throughout Asia in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors having been based in Asia for the last eight years, most recently as Global VP Marketing and Business Development at Hayco Group, a manufacturer of high quality plastic devices. Prior to that he was a member of group management at DKSH, where he held senior regional Business Unit and global Supply Chain Management positions. Prior to coming to Asia, Mr Guyett spent seven years based in the USA in a number of roles including Global Logistics Practice Leader with ICG Commerce (now Accenture), and before that as President of a logistics start-up. He was formerly Head of Global Logistics at GE Energy and prior to that he worked with DHL Express Logistics in various general management, business development, key account management and logistics operations leadership roles around the world. Mr Guyett has over 25 years of executive experience both at board and senior leadership levels. His functional skills span general management, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and client management. Mr Guyett will not become a director of the Company in the short term. This will allow him to focus on the immediate needs of the business. Announcing appointment, Cha I welcome Jon to the team. He has a strong understanding of market and customer needs and a long track record of success in the manufacturing and supply chain sector. He is a valuable addition to the team to drive the business forward at a time when we are building significant momentum across our key markets. 4 Material Terms of Employment Agreement between Jonathan Guyett and Range International for the Role of CEO Commencement date as CEO Term Total Fixed Remuneration Compensation for incentives forgone 11 October 2017 or a later date by agreement, as Mr Guyett discussions with his current employer regarding his release date are ongoing. No fixed term. Ongoing until terminated by either party in accordance with the agreement. US$400,000pa gross base salary plus superannuation contributions to comply with any relevant local government superannuation ordinance or similar legislation. In recognition of previous incentives foregone, Mr Guyett will receive a payment of US$250,000 within 7 days of commencement and on commencement, a Plan (Options). If Mr Guyett resigns, or the Company terminates Mr the payment referred to above, Mr Guyett will be required to repay the payment on a pro-rated basis, that is, in proportion with the unserved portion of the 24 month period. Each Option represents a right to receive one ordinary share in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of A$0.30 per Option subject to the Plan Rules. The Options will vest as follows: (a) 1,200,000 Options on the second anniversary of the grant date average share price over the 30 days prior to the second anniversary is equal to or more than A$1.00 per share; and (b) 800,000 Options on the third anniversary of the grant date average share price over the 30 days prior to the 3rd anniversary is equal to or more than A$1.50 per share,

5 provided Mr Guyett has been continuously engaged and has not resigned or been terminated at all times from the grant date. Subject to the ASX Listing Rules and the Company obtaining all necessary approvals from shareholders (if any), employment without cause, a pro-rated portion of any unvested Options will be subject to accelerated vesting to the extent that the applicable share price related performance condition has been satisfied as at the date of termination. The Options will expire on the sixth (6th) anniversary of the grant date of the options. Incentives The Company may, in its absolute discretion, offer Mr Guyett incentives in the form of cash and/or equity Plan which was approved by shareholders at the or such other Company incentive plan as may be approved by. Subject to the Corporations Act 2001, the ASX Listing Rules, any other applicable laws and regulations and the Company obtaining all necessary approvals from shareholders (if any), all incentives offered to Mr Guyett will include terms relating to partial accelerated vesting in the event Mr employment is terminated by the Company without cause. Notice Termination entitlements Post-employment restraint Six months by either party. The Company may elect to pay Mr Guyett in lieu of any unserved notice period. A 12 month restraint provision applies.
