The tremendous surge at shopping centres on vacations and ends of the week. After buying the products, at the billing counter the clerk set up the bill utilizing barcode tag reader which is a tedious procedure and results in long lines. Considering this, we have executed a framework that can be utilized as a part of shopping centres to comprehend the surge at billing counter utilizing RFID based trolley. This usage is utilized to help a man while shopping and furthermore to abstain from remaining in long lines and hence sparing time. The smart shopping trolley would comprise of a Microcontroller, RFID Reader and an Electronic Show. The items in the shopping malls will have RFID labels to recover/get to data about it. At the point when a client puts an item in the smart trolley, the RFID Reader will read the Item ID and the data identified with it will be put away in controller. This data will be exchanged to the exceed expectations database utilizing Li-fi module. Additionally, we will apply Market Basket

Analysis utilizing WEKA tool to decide the items that are bought along. Key Words: Barcode, RFID, Li-fi, WEKA. 1 Introduction Amid the most recent decade the business utilization of RFID has been becoming quickly everywhere throughout the world. Moreover, it is anticipated that the RFID market will come to an expected US$18.7 billion by the year 2017 (GIAI, 2012). Wherever retailers are progressively inserting RFID innovation into their grocery store items with a specific end goal to enhance the clients shopping knowledge, client bolster and grow new administrations for clients. RFID is an innovation that utilizations radio waves to track, catch, recognize and exchange information productively and without human mediation. [1] RFID-based framework accumulates information about a specific protest without touching it or seeing it stag and advances the data to a host PC. The information on the tag incorporate pointer to the focal database inside a RFID framework. RFID-Readers can set up a Channel of correspondence, read the labels and follow the development of these items inside the scope region. RFID is a promising innovation which can enhance operational proficiency uncommonly a lot of decrease in exchange costs. Label location does not require human intercession hence lessens business costs and wipes out human mistakes amid information accumulation. Because of its adaptability and business effectiveness, the RFID innovation has been broadly received in an extensive variety of utilizations, for example, production network administration and stock, libraries, hardware and parts upkeep, vehicle recognizable proof, following individuals, get to control, dependable auto following, fabricating line control, mechanized readingand receipt of merchandise at end deal focuses, e-identification and considerably more (Owunwanne and Goel,2010). Execution of RFID based applications has turned into a goal of numerous Associations, somewhat because of the choice made by Wal-Bazaar, the world s greatest retailer, to actualize the RFID innovation to screen stream of beds and bundling in its store network and ask their main 100 merchants send RFID. The US Bureau of Barrier, Delegate and Bet and the European Retailer Metro Gathering require their bigger

providers to execute RFID on each crate and bed transported to them. The basic supply industry is a prime contender for RFID usage. Close by rack stock framework in the market will be connected to the store s data framework, in this way keeping up constant item data and programmed stock following to keeping the right stock levels. [2] Utilizing RFID innovation in stores can likewise give itemized data on client buy conduct. At present the greater part of the grocery stores utilize a standardized tag based framework whereby a thing is doled out a serial number imprinted on the scanner tag name joined to a thing and the thing related data is put away in the database of the back-end framework. To perform stock control, somebody needs to examine the scanner tag name of everything and contrast them and existing stock rundown. This is a protracted and mistake inclined process; accordingly it s done less every now and again and henceforth regularly isn t a la mode. The capacities of the standardized identification innovation are restricted in term of functionalities that organizations require (Bendavid et al.,2006). RFID innovation offers an answer for the previously mentioned issue. The rest of the paper is organized as follows: Section 2 elaborates the related works, Section 3 discusses the proposed work, Section 4 demonstrates the methodology of the proposed working model, Section 5 details the results and finally, conclusions are drawn in Section 6. 2 Related Works While doing study we found that the majority of the general population want to leave the shopping centre as opposed to holding up in long lines to purchase a couple of items. Individuals think that its hard to find the item they needed to purchase, in the wake of choosing item they have to remain in a long line for billing and instalment. To endeavour to take care of the issues beforehand distinguished, late years have seen the presence of a few innovative answers for hypermarket help. Every such arrangement shares similar destinations: spare consumers time and cash, help the retailers to win steadfast customers. Dr.Suryaprasad J in A Novel Minimal effort Wise Shopping Cart [1] proposed to build up an ease astute shopping help that helps the client to look and select items and

illuminate the client on any unique arrangements accessible on the items as they move around in the shopping complex. Satoru Uehara et. al., [3] characterized the Internet shopping basket framework as a run of the mill customer server application Online. At that point they cleared up a few issues on the execution of the Internet shopping basket framework, which are particular to the Internet. Keeping in mind the end goal to take care of the issues, He proposed another system that can oversee client sessions with high unwavering quality and security. He analyzed the Internet shopping basket framework executed utilizing the proposed instrument with the one created by the regular techniques. Chihhsiong Shih, et al., [4] proposed a programmed installed programming age system that can make and advance Zigbee applications. The system comprises of two noteworthy modules, design extraction and code age. Example extraction and advancement are intended to furnish Zigbee application with show reuse and alteration. SysML fills in as a medium between design advancement and code age. State graphs, class outlines and grouping graph help depicts a particular application situation. A savvy shopping basket application has been executed utilizing this example based programming structure. Amine Karmouche in Path level Checking for Inescapable RFIDbased Shopping Applications [5] proposed to build up a framework that can filter dynamic and static items in the shopping space utilizing RFID Reader reception apparatuses. Rather than leading the RFID perceptions at the level of individual trucks, path level examining is performed. Mr. P. Chandrasekar in Savvy Shopping basket with Programmed billing Framework through RFID and ZigBee [6] proposed to build up a shopping basket with an Item Distinguishing proof Gadget (PID) which will contain a microcontroller, a LCD, a RFID reader, EEPROM, and ZigBee module. Obtaining item data will be perused a RFID reader on shopping basket, in the meantime item data will be put away into EEPROM appended to it and this EEPROM information will be send to Focal Billing Framework through ZigBee module. The focal billing framework gets the truck data and EEPROM information, it get to the item database and computes the aggregate sum of obtaining for that specific truck. Satish Kamble in Building up a Multitasking Shopping Trolley In light of RFID Innovation [7] proposed to build up an item to help a man in regular shopping as far as decreased

time spent while buying. The primary point of proposed framework is to give an innovation arranged, minimal effort, effortlessly adaptable, and tough framework for helping shopping face to face. Since this venture itself is an application in light of RFID Innovation, we have completed a writing study on a portion of the papers with respect to our segments and a few systems or methods. In these papers we found the data required for our undertaking. The paper has a summed up data to build up this undertaking and even a portion of the data about building up the correspondence between the gadgets that we use in our task. The square outline from the above paper is given beneath. From the Figure.1 we examined that they are utilizing number of RFID readers at the checkout focuses and in entire Grocery store to give the system to refreshing the truck data to the Back-end server. At the point when the client begins shopping and begins gathering the things to buy, the truck will speak with RFID reader closer to it and updates the trucks data. Be that as it may, by doing as such the intricacy is expanded in equipment and in addition recognizing the labels. To gather data about single truck is simple yet in the event that the quantity of trucks expanded then it will be extremely hard to gather data about every one of the trucks at the same time. Since they are utilizing RFID just for both reading the labels and sending the data to the server from the truck. This will make an immense unsettling influence. 3 Proposed Work The objective of the proposed model is to make a hassle free shopping experience for customers who are coming to buy the products and to reduce the man power in the store. In the proposed model we are deploying a smart shopping trolley which would provide all the information to the customer regarding the product they are scanning on RFID reader LCD displays added amount for each product we purchased. Voice board gives information about each product like product name, any offer and product expire details. So duplication of product is avoided. And also there is no need for guidance to explain about the product details. Then we can assign the fixed amount, while we purchase if the buying product exceed the particular fixed amount its gives warning via buzzer. Those data will

transmit in counter section to display in PC to generate a bill and if they wish to remove that product that facility is also available to them via the keypad. We also applied apriori algorithm to the data stored in the database to perform market basket analysis using WEKA tool. The market basket analysis will give a better insight to the store owners about the customer preferences about various products and this will help them to increase their profits. Figure 2 shows the flow of processes while the customer is using the cart. 4 Methodology Figure 3 shows the data flow of the working model proposed. The process flows as follows: The RFID tag will be scanned The RFID module will start its working and the signal is sent to the microcontroller The microcontroller is attached to a power supply which is giving power to the cart The LiFi module and LiFi receiver module are also attached to the microcontroller All the modules of the system are integrated; figure 4 shows the final design of the proposed model. 5 Results and Discussion Keypad is used to select various modes of the trolley and PLX DAQ software is used to transfer the data to excel sheet via LiFi module. After the data is saved in the excel sheet we will apply apriori algorithm to find various association rules and hence we performed the market basket analysis using WEKA tool. Figure 5 shows the market basket analysis and the association rules obtained using WEKA tool. Figure 6 shows the customer display LCD. Figure 7 shows the data transferred to the excel sheet via LiFi using the PLX-DAQ Software

6 Conclusion The proposed model is easy to use, low-priced and does not require any special training. This model keeps an account and uses of the existing developments and various types of radio frequency identification and detection technologies which are used for item recognition, billing and inventory update. As the whole system is becoming smart, the requirement of manpower will decrease, thus benefiting the retailers. Theft in the mall will be controlled using this smart system, which further adds to the cost efficiency. The time efficiency will increase phenomenally since this system will eliminate the waiting queues. More customers can be served in same time thus benefiting the retailers and customers as well.
