2 INTRODUCTION Strict maintenance of the 58 reactors in service in France enhances their performance in various capacities: safety, security radioprotection environment friendliness availability The maintenance of the most dense nuclear reactor fleet worldwide is ensured by 10,000 EDF agents assisted by 20,000 employees from service contractors. With more than 1,400 employees seconded to the EDF sites, ONET TECHNOLOGIES is one of the major maintenance contributors for the French Nuclear Power Plants.
