2 Terms and Conditions Orders: When placing an order, please provide the Label Print Technologies stock no., description of label, case quantity, shipping requirements, and any other pertinent information. T o minimize errors, orders should be faxed to or ed to sales@labelprinttech.com. R e c eipt of orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. Phone orders (verbal POs) cannot be accepted. Any stock order requested to ship the same day must be faxed or ed no later than 12 noon EST. Any shipping changes must be communicated in writing. Custom orders are subject to a +/- 10% variance unless agreed upon by LPT before accepting the order Quotations: All quotes are good for 30 days. W h en ordering from a quote, please reference the quote number. Stock Labels: To meet customer demands, LPT carries many of the popular stock labels in inventory and continually evaluates these levels. Please contact LPT to verify stock label availability. Stock Label Information: The Stock labels standard colors shown in this catalog are as follows: P M S 102 Yellow P M S 185 Red P M S Process Blue (Light) P M S 286 Blue Canceling Orders: S t o c k orders: Ship within hours, cancellations must be received in writing the same day. C u st om items: Cancellations must be received within 5 days of scheduled ship date. Any expense incurred up to that time by LPT will be billed to the customer. Credit Application: To set up a credit account with LPT, please download a Credit Application form from our website (labelprinttech.com) and submit to Accounting@LabelPrintTech.com or f ax your credit application to your sales specialist or to LPT's credit department at Invoicing: S h ou ld there be any discrepancy on our invoices, please contact us immediately. Do not adjust your invoice without our approval in writing. B i l l ing discrepancies must be made within 15 working days of the invoice date.

3 Return Authorizations: If a return is requested, please contact our office to have the return authorized prior to returning the goods. Product returned without RA # cannot be received by our receiving department. Credits can only be issued with prior approval. W h en approved, the RA# must be clearly listed on the cartons and packing slip. At the discretion of LPT, up to a 25% restocking fee may be applied to return stock program items that have been ordered in error. Freight charges for such a return will be the responsibility of the customer. L PT reserves the right to refuse shipments or issue credits against returns that are damaged due to improper packaging. NO PRODUCT can be returned after a period of 90 days. RA# s are valid for 30 days only and will not be granted extensions if the product is not returned within the 30 day window. Statement of Guarantee WE GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION. Your purchase will be refunded or stock replaced if you re not completely satisfied with the quality of any product purchased from Label Print Technologies. Supplies (Labels, ribbons, paper) are guaranteed for a period of three months from the date of shipment, provided that the buyer has complied with recommended guidelines on storage, handling and usage. LPT is not under any circumstances whatsoever, liable to buyer or any other party for lost profits, diminution of goodwill or any other special consequential damages with respect to any claim. In addition, LPT s liability for warranty claims shall not, in any event, exceed the invoice price of the product claimed defective, nor be liable for delays in replacement or repair of products. All information, recommendations and descriptive materials about the products sold by Label Print Technologies are based upon research and believed to be reliable, but do not constitute a warranty. All materials are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such materials for its purpose prior to purchase.
