General Rules and Regulations. Should any driver or operator be found in breach of these speed limits the following fees/fines shall apply: a First speeding offence Offence $50 b Second speeding offence Offence $100 c Third speeding offence Offence $200 NB After the third offence the driver or operator will be banned from driving within the OSC. Misuse of vehicle passes as set in the Sonils Lda. General Rules and Regulations 4.2 Should a vehicle be found with an incorrect, non-valid or a pass from a different vehicle the following fees/fines shall apply: If misuse is identified at the OSC main gate: a First misuse offence Offence $100 b Second misuse offence Offence $300 c Third misuse offence Offence $500 If misuse is identified during spot-checks within the OSC: a First misuse offence Offence $200 b Second misuse offence Offence $500 c Third misuse offence Offence $700 In all cases should misuse of the vehicle passes be found the pass will be confiscated. In case should vehicle be found misusing a vehicle pass three times then no further passes will be issued to that vehicle and the same will be denied to enter the OSC. 4.3 Driving on the wrong side of the road or driving without due care and attention Should a vehicle be found driving the wrong side of the road or driving without due care and attention the following fees/fines shall apply: a First offence Offence $130 b Second offence Offence $390 c Third offence Offence $500 Should a vehicle be found repeating the above offences more than three times then the vehicle and the driver shall be refused access into the OSC. Please note: 1) All rates are in USD. 2) An international standard spill response team and equipment are available within the OSC. This equipment and personnel are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week and at this time are situated on the OSC quayside. * A Tier 1 spill is any spill up to a quantity of 250 barrels of oil. The response team is available to respond to Tier 1 water borne spills as well as shoreline and onshore spills.
