4 Modularity and Integration MULTIFUNTIONAL FLOOR The multifunctional floor is the key element in carsatellite. It consists of metallic modules, which are pre-assembled in our factory and install after the plug-and-play principle, which enables a fast installation on site. The lifts and testing equipment are integrated in the satellite floor exfactory. The floor level installation maximizes the space and attractiveness of the workshop. All piping and wiring is integrated in the floor and remain there even when dissambling the building to change locations. The requirements to the foundation are low. It is possible to to install the whole building above floor with access ramps with no need of a base plate. 2. carsatellite BUILDING STRUCTURE Roof beams and posts are made with edged metal sheets that enable preassemby. The clever flapping mechanism of the structure allow the delivery of the structure partially mounted thus shortening the installation time Wiring for the electric installation and lamps as well as piping for the heaters in the workshop can be now be pre-assembled in our factory Excellent appearance with hidden but anytime accessible piping and wiring 3. ROOM BOXES The rooms in the administrative area are planed and pre-assembled as metallic Boxes (3m wide and 2,50m high) The complete piping for water and waste water and the electric wiring, lights and sanitary fittings are already installed in our factory. The sanitary module is loaded on a truck and arrives to the installation site in a piece and can be ready to use after a day of installation. 4. ENERGY PYLON It is the central supply unit for all relevant media in the workshop (water, fresh oil, compressed air). The workshop gains a modern and neat appearance. There are several configuration options (e.g. with wheel alignment, 2 arms etc.) 5. PARTIOTHEK Space-saving storage of parts and tires with sliding shelves (ca. 3m deep and ca. 2m high) The pre-assembly as a Containerbox contributes to shorten the installation time. Optional with a 2nd floor and staircase. 6. MULTIFUNCTIONAL WALLS Perforated metallic panels, individually arranged for storage of technical documentation and tools. By using the recesses of the building structure, we maximize the space in the workshop.

5 Rooms and Functionalities WORKSHOP and STORAGE The workshop in carsatellite consists of the repair and diagnostic bays. The normal repair bay is 4m wide and can be 12m long, in the COMPACT Version, the building is 9m long. Each bay has a sectional gate. The room is heated with water operated air-circulating heaters and the lightening is made with luminaires. The workshop equipment includes NUSSBAUM lifts and testing equipment, as well as oil and compressed air installation (with compressor) and an gas absorption system. Depending on the design, the workshop, this may include storage area in the back or at the side of the building, which can be built on 1 or 2 levels. Car reception area DIALOG BOX A standarddized car-reception process enables a quick check of the vehicle, the immediate recording of the repair order togetehr with the customer, it improves the communication and ascertain the competence of the workshop. The car-reception increases the efficiency and reduces claims by the customer. Fully equipped, the car reception will include a scissors-lift, a test lane and even wheel alignment. Additionally the carreception can be used for wheel alignment (recommended only with our fully automated machine the WAB CCT) or for gas and technical inspection. The car reception can be placed next to the Lounge, so that the car owner can comfortably follow the test procedure. It might either stands alone next to the building or be added to an exisiting workshop. Customer LOUNGE and back rooms The back rooms are built by NUSSBAUM as Room Boxes. Water and electric installations are pre-assembled in our factory. The rooms are heated with radiators and the WC have a mechanical ventilation system. The floor is paved with safety rubber flooring (antiskid R9) in a gray color. Depending on the design, the lounge is an opened room (approx. 5m clear height) with pending lights and a semiglazed entrance. For a smaller workshop layouts, the lounge as well as the sanitary area is build with our Room Boxes and has a 2,5m height with ceiling mounted lights. The furniture is not included in the scope of supply. CARSATELLITE

6 carsatellite workshop equipment carsatellite is delivered turnkey ready; equipped with the most important workshop machines and installations. You get the lifts and testing equipment around the wheel by NUSSBAUM, one of the leading manufacturers of workshop equipment. We choose the further installations like compressed air and oil from leading brands. The equipment is pre-installed in our factory and delivered integrated in the multifunctional floor modules or ENERGY PYLON. Our installation team installs and commissions all machines. 1. Scissors lift for car-reception and wheel alignment UNI LIFT 3500 PLUS AMS hydraulic scissors-lift for wheel alignment or for car-reception. The lift has a floor level installation. It is prepared for wheel alignment with an adjustable locking-system, back sliding plates, mechanic turntables and a wheel-free lift mounted on top. Capacity 3,500kg and lifting height 1.92m plus 0.58m wheel-free platform. 3. Double scissors lift JUMBO LIFT NT double-scissors-lift with extendable platforms for passenger cars; little space requirements. Two independent hydraulic circuits guarantee synchronized operation. Very silent operation. No compressed air required. High stroke of 2m with 3,000kg lifting capacity and a platform length of 1,460 2,060mm NUSSBAUM TESTING LANE NTS Test lines for the reception of vehicles with break tester (3 tons) and suspension tester. The fully automatic testing procedure guides you through the program. All steps are visualized on the screen and can be repeated by a push of a button at any time. All results are easily understandable printed out. The modular test system can be upgraded to a complete service and diagnostic center: integration of emissions test modules, network compatibility and access to a customer database are possible for future applications. 2. Wheel alignment computer WA 920 wheel alignment system with modern 8-sensor CCD technology, windows based with accuracies up to 0.01 degrees. The database has more than 20,000 car values. Clearly understandable pictures for adjustment support and an extensive help function for an easy use of the system. SW with quick-recovery system. 7 4. ENERGY PYLON the all-rounder in the workshop The supply of the working bays with oil, water, compressed air and electricity is done at the ENERGY PYLON. This centralized supply unit contributes to the effectiveness of the processes as well as to the tidiness of the workshop. The control units of the automotive lifts are also integrated in the Pylon. 6. WHEEL BALANCER & TIRE CHANGER The electronich WHEEL BALANCER BM 30 is for cars, motorcycles and light trucks with a wheel weight of max. 65kg and a max. diameter of 950mm. 9 balancing programs, including static and 2 PAX programs. Very complete scope of supply. 5. PARTIOTHEK The NUSSBAUM PARTIOTHEK is the flexible storage system developed by NUSSBAUM. This system harmonizes with the rest of the building and offers a lot of functionalities. with its sliding shelves, it contributes to saving valuable space in the workshop. It is also available in two heights and with stairs, gallery as corridor to the shelves and handrail. The semi-automatic TIRE CHANGER TC 300 TI is for rims from The mounting head is adjusted automatically, and the turntable has 2-speeds. The machines can be equipped with the necessary accessories for RFT and PAX tires In-ground Lift with carrying arms TOP LIFT 2.35 TTL SST K 2 single hydraulic pistons without mechanical connection between the pistons. The SST Safety Star Technology guarantees ultimate safety at any working height thanks to the electronic synchronization. Low installation depth of 1605mm. With our multifunctional floor, it is only necessary to go approx 1,2m deep in the ground without having to concrete-cast the lift cassette. The pistons hang from the floor modules and transfer the loads and momenta to the base plate. Lifting height app. 2m, lifting capacity 3500 or 5000kg. Several kinds of carrying arms and accesories available. 7. Multifunctional walls The sidewalls of the building are utilized through the integration of the NUSSBAUM multifunctional walls offering the ideal storage system for tools very close to the actual working bay. 8 Installation in only 14 days carsatellite with 4 bays, 2-floor storage area and back rooms... The area is preapared by the principal when the carsatellite arrives: a base plate stable and flat with the necessary connections at the specified place. With normal ground conditions ist a 25cm thick plate enough to bear the loads of building strucutre and snow. For those workshops with in-ground lifts, the base plate must have 2 cavities (approx. 1,20 m deep and DN 80 cm) for the pistons. DAYS 1 TILL 4 The sanitary module, or Room Box, is pre-fabricated at NUSSBAUM and delivered in one piece. Most of the piping and wiring are already installed. The crane unloads the sanitary module and places it at its intended position. The sanitary module consists of the showers and toilettes for the employees and the house service room. The floor modules with the integrated lifts and break tester, flooring, piping and wiring. The modules of carsatellite are preassembled at NUSSBAUM factory. The 4 floor modules already containing the lifts are delivered in one truck to the construction site where a crane places them in their correct position. The floor modules and room boxes stand on adjusting screws, which allowed an exact leveling of the flooring. The carsatellite connectors systems for electricity and the pre-assembled pipes allowed a very fast and easy connection among the modules and to the house service room ( plug-and-play principle). The also modular bearing structure of carsatellite enables the pre-assembly of wiring and piping for the heating and lgihting in the workshop. Our technicians can prepare in the factory all piping and wiring necessary for the heating, lighting and sockets for the workshop. By means of a flapping mechanism we can deliver the roof beams and posts partially assembled to the customers site. Heaters, lamps and plugs can be connected during the installation fast and easy.

9 DAYS 5 TILL 8 Finishing the metal structure, the façade and the sectional gates, doors and windwos Within 2 3 days the steel structure is covered with sandwich panels (walls and roof). This material consists of a poly-urethane core with enough insulation, between two cover sheets, that are galvanized and coated on both sides. The instalation of the sectional gates, doors and windows starts. The gates in this project are 4 m tall, the upper sections are acryl-glazed, which creates a friendly working environment with a lot of light. DAY 9 TILL 12 Infrastructure: house services and workshop Media channels and Room Boxes contain all piping and wiring of the building. The 2 EN- ERGY PYLONS are installed in the workshop, each one every 2 bays, and they supply the working bays with all necessary water, compressed air and electricity. Control units of the lifts are also integrated in the Pylon. All fuses, electrical installations and water supplies for seweage and fresh water are located in the house service room. From here all media are distributed to the rest of the building through the modular floor. carsatellite complies with the newest EU-Norm regarding the energy efficient buildings. The walls and floor modules are insulated, gates and windows have tehrmically insualted aluminum profiles. The heating system is planed accordingly. DAY 13 AND 14 Commissioning and handover The equipment of the workshop is completely installed; the automotive lifts are put into operation. The pipes for oil and for compressed air are tested for tightness according to the standard procedure. The rooms are equipped with doors, lamps and heating. After 14 days of installation, the carsatellite can be handed over to the customer. CARSATELLITE

Standard layout with 12 m long modules and the COMPACT version with 9m. carsatellite COMPACT is specially suitable for drive-through or when floor space available is reduced. The stoarge area is done at the side of the buidling. The administrative areas in both plans are designed to minimize space requirements without reducing the comfort. carsatellite SERVICE is a car service station with 12 m depth. The service area has approx. 246 m², along with an office and a reception area of approx. 27 m². It accommodates up to 6 work places. carsatellite COMPACT SERVICE is a car service station with 9 m depth. 12 NUSSBAUM Scope & Supply Planning and engineering works Together with our architect and our workshop specialists, we optimize the working processes and look for the best suitable equipment for your workshop. You receive from us the necessary drawings, plans and descriptions of carsatellite for the application for the building permit. Calculations of the statics for the building and the load distribution to plan the foundation plate. Documentation for the building and the equipment. Building concept Structure and façade: The bearing metallic structure is based on portal system. These portals consist of folded metal sheets installed every 4 m and pre-wired for electrictiy and heating. The roof and the walls are plated with the so-called Sandwich elements (standardwise 100 mm thick for the walls and 120 mm for the roof. Further thickness available). The roof has a 5 inclination. The building has an outside height of either 5,30 m or 5,90m when 2-floor storage. Gates: the gates are 3m wide and 3m high, optionally 3,50m or 4 m high. They are divided in horizontal sections; the upper sections are made out synthetic glass, which provides a brighter environment. The lowest section is closed with a sandwich panel for splash water. The profiles are in coated aluminum and thermically insulated. Outside doors and windows: they are built into the carsatellite facade with the appropriate thermal insulation and according to general static calculations. The doors and windows profiles are constructed from aluminum and the glazing, if any, is safety glass. Service area: the sanitary area and some of the back rooms are built as container boxes, each of them with a respective floor module. The water and electric installation is, as much as possible, pre-installed in the factory, as well as the toilet features like the WC, sinks and showers. The inside height is approx. 2,5 m. Flooring: the flooring in the workshop is made with a metarial called SILA K10, which is a very resistant anti-slip industrial PVC-based floor (R11 anti-skid level according to DIN 4102), in black. It is also resistant against oil and most chemicals. Stairs and 2nd floor: optionally, the storage area can be done in 2 floors above the Room Boxes with metallic stairs and handrail. House services and Equipment Electrical installation: the electric installation is made according to the local conditions and norms (if different from the German norm, these are to be provided by the Buyer). Lighting: in the workshop the fluorescent tubes are installed at the roof beams. The lights in the sanitary area and the customer lounge are made with ceiling-mounted spots. Heating: it is water based and operated with gas. From the house service room the central-heating boiler supplies the air-blowers in the workshop and the radiators in the other rooms. Other forms of heating are availalble. Water installation: the fresh water installation is made according to the respective DIN norms. The installation starts at the concrete plate with the connections prepared by the Seller. Workshop equipment: the installation and commissioning of the workshop equipment is included in the scope of supply. Lifts and testing equipment are pre-assembled and tested in the factory thanks to the floor modules. Compressed air: the installation is done with flexible pipes and provides every working bay with compressed air. The compressor is usually located in the house service room.
