The additional charges mentioned in items 8.12 and/or 10.1 will be applied in accordance with the cargo classification.

6 9 CROSS-DOCKING / CARGO TRANSSHIPMENT Cross-Docking (container stripping for vehicle) will be executed on 9.1 Cross-Docking Import the trucks sent by the importer - either sider or bulk carrier 9.2 Cross-Docking Export Cross-Docking (container stuffing for loading) consists of receiving the trucks at the Terminal (Porto Itapoá), unloading the cargo from the trucks and taking it directly to the containers Cargo transshipment from one container to another in the event of 9.3 Cargo transshipment by hand BRL 1, product leakage amount charged per container Cargo transshipment from one container to another in the event of 9.4 Cargo transshipment by machine BRL 1, product leakage amount charged per container 10 HAZARDOUS CARGOS (IMO CLASSIFICATION) Chemical cargoes, with IMO classification, cargos subject to ANVISA 10.1 Additional for hazardous cargoes* or other authorized agency, will be charged a rosk fee for handling, segregation for delayed delivery, immediate unloading delivery, 50% weighing, transport and/or removal and storage. *Except on import storage for containers with IMO classification, as already stated in item 1. (1.2 / 1.5 / 1.8) Use of containment tank for residual liquids (hazardous or benign chemicals) USE OF RESIDUAL CHEMICAL CONTAINMENT PLATFORM Amount referent to transport and storage of the container in a containment tank for a period of up to 24 hours BRL 1, Cleaning of trailer and containment 11.2 Amount dependent on the type of occurrence platform and disposal of residual waste Product disposal will be charged according to the type of product to be disposed of. * For cargos requiring additional services for containment, confinement, decontamination, etc. charges will be rated according to the scale of the emergency ** The terminal will issue a declaration stating that it collected and disposed of the waste in compliance with relevant legislation *** Should it be deemed necessary, the client may request an inspection, following all of the inspection scheduling and positioning procedures and with the client responsible for requesting consent from any involved agencies

7 12 REEFER SERVICES 12.1 Alteration of Set-point Alteration of Set-point. (Positioning of unit not included) BRL Monitoring and Energy Supply (*) Electrical energy consumption and monitoring by full container, per day or fraction BRL Additional "Hot Stuffing" 20' and 40' (**) Additional daily rate for reefer monitoring / plug in/out, until the temperature reaches 1 degree above the set-point. On subsequent days, the charge will be for the normal amount. BRL Use of refrigerated room by container Includes positioning of refrigerated room on the dock for inspection, opening of the container, and repositioning in the yard (not including container stripping see item 7) BRL Removal for Reefer repair Includes loading container on trailer for repair by the shipping line or client's legal representative BRL (*) Units admitted into the Terminal with temperatures above that required by the cargo, as listed in the documentation provided, for a period over 8 hours after admission 1st monitoring. (**) Maintenance of refrigerated containers and auxiliary equipment is the responsability of the respective owners. Any damage arising from technical deficiencies in their maintenance is, therefore, the exclusive responsability of the container's owner. 13 LOADING / SCHEDULING CANCELLATIONS 13.1 Cancellation of loading and pick-up from the Terminal (*) On cancellation of loading, the cargo loses its free days for storage/pre-stacking BRL No Show 13.3 Advanced Delivery (**) Fee charged for no show/non-cancellation of scheduled delivery/non-pick-up of containers within established deadlines Fee charged for receipt of export container involving extratime BRL BRL (*) NB.: This service does not include moving for pick-up. Porto Itapoá will confirm the number of pick-ups necessary for cancellation of container pick-up - in this case a fee will be charged for each movement, as listed in item 8.10 (**) Subject to availability at the Terminal. 14 CERTIFICATES / REPORTS 14.1 Weight Certificate For this item, a fee to cover positioning for weighing will also be charged BRL General Documentation Fee for issuing certificates, documents, scanner images, etc BRL 79.50

9 GENERAL PROVISIONS Price Table All prices for services are expressed in reals (BRL). This price table is valid for an undetermined period and may be altered at any time without prior notification. The deadline information for cargo and forecast for vessel berthing are the responsibility of the shipping line; thus any possible costs arising from late vessels will not be considered as the responsibility of Porto Itapoá and will be passed on to the client if there is no manifestation to the contrary from the shipping line. Costs arising from any movement previous or subsequent to cargo storage in Porto Itapoá dependencies will be the exclusive responsability of the client. Payment Import: Payments must be done in advance, against the removal of the goods or the container(s) from Porto Itapoá. NB.: storage charges will be counted as from the date of unloading the unit on the yard. After payment of values, the goods or containers must be removed by the consignee or agent by the end of the agreed period and according to the scheduling rules, with no waiver for loading. If the goods is not removed within this period, a loss of scheduling, when a window has been requested, plus new storage period(s) will be charged. Export: Bills are expected to be completed within 7 (seven) days after its issuance. Included in the prices established in this table are the respective taxes on services, in accordance with current rules. Late payments will incur a 4% (four percent) late fee per month and a 1% (one percent) fine. Risk management: 0.5% of the declared valued of the goods stored will be charged. Acceptance of cargo cleared and/or delivered to the Terminal after the vessel's deadline is subject to analysis/evaluation of the shipping line; Porto Itapoá is not responsible for accepting the unit for loading. Additional Notes Any situation not directly covered in this table will be subject to analysis and negotiation between the directly interested parties. Amounts due to Porto Itapoá, in relation to abandonment of goods will be charged to the respective goods owners, including reimbursement for expenses incurred for services provided for questions of auction and/or possible destruction, where such values are not covered by the inspecting authority or by the amount obtained from sale of the goods. Porto Itapoá is not responsible for delays in release of goods in cases of non-payment of taxes, non-compliance with requirements of the overseeing Authority, or breach of any applicable legal provision. Storage will be charged in accord with the values described in this table, including for cases of DTA - yard cargos rejected by the Brazilian Tax Authority (Receita Federal do Brasil). Costs incurred from any goods movement, prior or subsequent to its storage in the Terminal dependencies is the exclusive responsability of the client. All service requests must be made with a minimum of 12 hours prior notice. Fee for cancellation of invoice A fee of BRL (seventy reals) will be charged for issuing each new invoice - when the original is cancelled because of errors or omission in the information sent by the client.

10 Special Services Prices for special services, with cargos that require logistics, administration, and/or resources that exceed those normally used in basic and/or complementary operations require prior discussion between the interested parties to determine clearly procedures suitable for the security of the cargo, port installations, the community, the environment, and, no less important, the people involved in the operation. Prices for such services will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis between the parties, considering the degree of risk and the difficulty of the operation. Any missing or damaged goods must be made known by the receivers, who will testify, at any time, to knowing of the same, exempting Porto Itapoá from future complaints concerning reimbursement for losses arising from such missing or damaged goods. 24-hour Operations All export/import containers must be delivered/removed by means of the online scheduling system available at Clients who use Porto Itapoá services have accepted the aforementioned conditions and tariffs, excepting parallel agreements or negotiations to this that are formalized by both parties.
