Terma s long-standing involvement in international military programs has contributed to the expertise within the field of manufacturing high density power supplies, high frequency products, and electrical wiring harnesses. Program management, production, and quality assurance has enabled us to produce directly from the customers documentation. State-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are backed by comprehensive test capabilities, in addition to modern facilities for maintenance and servicing of electronics systems, including certified Clean Room facilities. Manufacturing services include full management support, supply chain integration, quality assurance, and test engineering. Terma s manufacturing facilities are located in Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark, which is also the home of a university, technical institutes, and a school of economics & business administration. These institutions are of great benefit to Terma as they provide easy access to highly qualified employees. Electronics Manufacturing Strategy Terma provides manufacturing services for space, military, aerospace, and commercial applications. Terma offers turnkey manufacturing services including management support, material procurement, quality assurance, test engineering, and service and maintenance. In order to maintain competitiveness, our aim is that a considerable amount of our production capacity is utilized for external customers. By doing this, we can continuously measure our competitiveness internationally in terms of quality, delivery punctuality, and prices.

3 Core Capabilities Terma Electronics Manufacturing Services has a broad range of core capabilities, stretching from R&D, supply chain management, and manufacturing and process engineering to installation and support. Terma offers customers a one-stop-shop opportunity. State-of-the-art facilities and integrated test systems ensure that Terma delivers a high quality performance in order to fulfill customer expectations. R&D capabilities include software development to support the manufacturing process in relation to handling technical issues. Terma undertakes the task to develop, manufacture, and maintain test systems. The Terma management team organizes all aspects of supply management. The target is the realization of low total acquisition costs while maintaining the highest possible quality and an uninterrupted flow of materials, products, and services.

4 Quality Certification Terma is certified to ISO 9001:2008, EN 9100, and NATO AQAP Terma maintains an in-house calibration laboratory. Our calibration service meets the requirements in ISO 10012:2003. Our calibration service establishes direct measurement tractability to international standards. Integrated Program Teams Terma establishes Integrated Program Teams (IPT) as a cornerstone to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction. These empowered teams represent the key functions and are responsible to the customer and Terma management for the successful fulfillment of customer expectations. The IPTs are multi-disciplinary teams that can quickly and effectively address and resolve all issues in the program. Success is realized by the ability of the team to focus on commitment to the customer. Supply Management The goal is the realization of affordable costs while maintaining quality and an uninterrupted flow of materials, products, and services. Our high standard is achieved through an integrated effort of supply management disciplines which include preferred supplier initiatives with our supplier base, materials and production planning through our ERP system, engineering support, production improvements, subcontractor partnering, and competitive inventory management practices. Environmental Testing Terma has the capability of performing Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) at component level as well as assembly level. Terma uses the customer assigned item or document numbers prefixed with a unique two-letter program code in order to segregate different programs. Before incorporation of a change order received from the customer, the change order is reviewed for impact on current production and costs by our Change Control Board (CCB).
