DELIVERING ASSURED OPTIMISED PROJECT OUTCOMES, THROUGH THE CONSISTENT PROVISION OF KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE, EQUIPMENT RANGE, REACH AND APPROACH TENSIONER The unit can be set to operate in manual mode or automatic pay in/pay-out, i.e., constant tension render mode.

3 INSTALLATION REEL Our largest reels have a capacity of 350Te, and depending on weight and outside diameter, can accommodate partitions for up to four different flexible products, to be spooled on and off a single reel. MODULAR DRIVE SYSTEM The Aquatic tower driven systems are capable of driving a range of reels. The unit is fitted with horizontal cylinders to engage the drive hubs into the reel, and vertical hydraulic cylinders to raise and lower the drive hubs of reels at full capacity.

4 CAROUSEL The carousel s drive comes from up to six hydraulic motors mounted at three stations, driving via a sprocket gear to the chain attached on the outside lip of the bottom flange wedges. LEVEL WIND TOWER The speed of the tensioner and carousel are controlled by the operator in the level-wind-tower control cabin to maintain constant tension on the product being spooled.

5 OFFSHORE EXPERTISE Our offshore teams are trained, guided and challenged to maintain operational efficiency in demanding marine installation projects. They are committed to delivering a collaborative service and their capabilities include, but are not limited to: providing methodology consultancy services; assisting in the development of procedures; advising on the modes and limitations of equipment; delivering technical advice on deck-set-up. TRANSPOOLING To ensure product is spooled evenly on and off the carousel, the tensioner on the level-wind-tower is lowered and raised, and is also capable of a small amount of horizontal movement towards or away from the carousel reel, as a further means of compensation. ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS AND CAPABILITIES We are capable of meeting customer needs for any project or specific challenge as we have an extensive range of equipment available for the installation and spooling of coiled tubing; mooring lines; power cables; flowlines; risers; reelable steel pipe; telecommunication cables; umbilicals; water pipes; wire rope products including: small winches up to 11.4m diameter reels; 3Te 2-track to 50Te 4-track tensioners; 4-track dual tensioner systems with a minimum 80Te line pull depending on product machine configuration; modular drive systems with a reel plus product capacity of 500Te; 1500Te fully modular carousel system with built-in tensioner.
