Valuation and NOC Charges 3600/- per container Conditions: 1 Local Transport, Additional Handling shall be charged extra 2 The above rates are subject to the following condition: In case any increase in fuel, spare parts, tyres, insurance and TOA rates, our rates will be increased on Pro rata basis as per industrial norms. 3 Rates subject to change without prior intimation. 4 The rates quoted above are considering normal destuffing only (using forklift). Any odd shape/heavy items cargoes/ Open top containers which requires additional handling equipment like crane etc. will be charged extra. 5 Volume Discount will be given based on the Turnover. 6 Additional charges will be levied for cargo requiring special services like dunnage, lashing, materials etc. 7 Shipping line / CHA will be requiring to pay Customs Overtimes, if any required work done at CFS. 8 All cheques / DD to be drawn in favour of Sattva Hi-Tech and Conware Private Limited Payable at par at all branches. Cash payments only against Cash Receipts. 9 PD account system is availed for the clients for ease of transactions. 10 It is presumed that all consignments (Import/Export) being received at CFS are adequately insured against possible risk during transportaion & storage & the company assumes no liability in this respect. Incase if the insurance is not covered by consignee/shipper they have inform us in advance to cover insurance by us for which charges will be recover from consignee / shipper. 11 Prior gate in of Cargo/Container, all CFS dues should be paid upfront. 12 Service tax & other government levies shall be applicable at the prevailing rates at the time of billing. 13 All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) 14 Service tax and other statutory charges as applicable will be extra

Shifting of Containers at CFS after Customs Inspection INTO BOND: Four weeks storage charges + unloading charges for the entire Bond consignment and Service Tax as applicable. EX-BOND: (IF FIRST DELIVERY IS WITHIN 4 WEEKS) Insurance charges Minimum 4 weeks + loading charges for the entire bond consignment + Miscellaneous charges + Service Tax as applicable. SUBSEQUENT DELIVERIES: Total ONE delivery for a 20 Ft. container and TWO deliveries for a 40 Ft. container is FREE after full bond consignment billing at the time of first delivery. After above FREE deliveries Service Tax as applicable Per Vehicle / Per Delivery. Space Allocation: Minimum allocation is 5 Sq. Mtr.
