Siemens Wind Power / Service Development in Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) From FY2008 to FY2010 the reduction in AFR is: 40% Based on SWP statistics, the offshore AFR is aligned with the onshore AFR, and do not exceed the total service AFR. This indicate that SWP successfully has migrated the Safe system of work from onshore service to offshore service. Page 12
