(KWE), will provide you international transportation services as an Official Customs Broker and a Freight Forwarder. KWE will offer the following services. - Door-to-door movements of exhibition cargo through its network - Customs clearance both of importation and re-exportation - Coordinating and supervising for inbound and outbound exhibits to the exhibition hall including special arrangement of loading, unloading and storing - Arrangement for return shipment to port of origin Japan Customs and government authorities have specific criteria for import and export. KWE assists to meet these specific requirements. However, there are several restrictions at Japan customs. Therefore, please ask us for a courier shipping instruction and quotation. The exhibits must be shipped out under DDP condition. Consignment instructions All documents such as the Bill of Lading, Master Air Waybill, Invoice and Packing List must show the consignee and the notify as indicated below. Serial numbers : Please indicate the serial numbers and model numbers of your exhibits. If serial numbers are not available, please include a picture of the items. Quantity: Please write the quantity of each item. Weight: Please write the weight and the content of each package

3 Values: Use values that represent fair market value to avoid a possible value adjustment by Japan Customs. Each invoice has to show the following sentence " No commercial value. The value shown is true and correct. It is according to the market value". Incoterms: Please indicate commodity value in your invoice are CIF Japan. Otherwise Japan Customs, in order to determine the value of your goods, will add the transport charges and insurance to the declared value. Origin of exhibits : Please indicate the proper Country of origin of each item. Goods to be returned after the exhibition: Please add the following sentence in your invoice "All goods are for display purposes only during the exhibition and will be re-exported at the end of the show." KWE cannot make Customs entry on shipments where invoices indicate general descriptions such as "Exhibition goods", " Stand-fitting materials" or "give aways". Nor can KWE make entry on invoices that indicate lump sum value only or no value. Insurance Handling is undertaken entirely at the owner's risk. While Kintetsu World Express Sales, Inc. will do their utmost to ensure the safety of your shipment, but we highly recommend that all exhibitors issue an "All Risk" insurance policy with waiver of subrogation clause. Notice on the Clearance - INTEX OSAKA is not a bonded exhibition site. Duty and import tax must be paid by the exhibitor. These charges are non-refundable. - Please issue Master Air Waybill (no House Air Waybill) for airfreight and Sea Waybill or Surrendered bill of lading for ocean freight. - Do not put any item which does not mention in the invoice. - Alcohol products, tobacco, foodstuff, beverage, plants and seeds, live animals, any item containing leather or animal parts, animal products, pet medicals, pet cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, arms are subject to Japan import restrictions. These items can't be imported without authorization. In any case before shipping the goods you will need to send us well in advance a detailed invoice showing the kind of commodity you intend to ship. We will check and confirm the feasiblity of importation through our service. Do not send goods prior to our confirmation. - Do not ship ATA CARNET items with consumable list under 1 Bill of lading or 1 Master Air waybill. Packing/Marking For easy idetification, all packages must be marked as follows. Heat-treated packaging materials must clearly display the mark as shown below. Approval to use this mark is issued by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of an exporting country or by an organization officially recognized by the NPPO. 6 5. Optional Service Fee** Supply of Forklift Min 3hours incl. forklift operator Up to 2.5ton lifting capacity per hour JPY 9,720 Over 2.5ton we will quote as per your request. We will offer our services on the base of your request. Please contact us for any requirements! 6. Bank Charge** JPY 3,240 shall be levied for the payment by bank remittance. 7. Following Services are not included in this tariff 1) Duty, Import Consumption Tax and Other tax 2) Airport and Seaport Terminal Service Charge +CFS, D/O, drayage in harbor, storage, demurrage, CHC (THC), devanning, vanning and other charges on port/airport. 3) Extra new packing charge 4) Installation & Dismantling 5) Any other special requirements by exhibitor 6) Inspection for the container's X-ray or Unpacking inspection. 7) Cargo soating (classification) from the container or the case for inspection 8) Customs overtime, Application of overtime & Overtime operation 9) Air Freight & Sea Freight for return 10) Marked "**" on this tariff are 8% of consumption taxable items and they are already included
