3 GLOBAL OPERATIONS CENTER The Customer Care Center (CCC) is located in our Global Operations Center based in Indiana. The CCC is a team of veterans and civilians that manage all inbound and outbound calls for Flagship Logistics Group. Over the past two decades we have built relationships with over 11,000 carriers in order to best meet the needs of our customers and to provide them the ultimate in logistical customer care.
