5 A diverse group of subject-matter experts Kris Bjorson International Director With over 25 years of location selection and industrial real estate experience, Kris is responsible for development and management of JLL s Retail/ e-commerce Distribution practice. With a focus on maximizing business results for corporations, he also founded JLL s Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions, which integrates supply chain strategy through real estate implementation. Matt Powers Executive Vice President Matt joined JLL s Retail/e-commerce Distribution practice after spending 11 years as director of Walmart s non-retail real estate portfolio. He brings an array of knowledge from his previous career and offers valuable insight from his experience establishing the retail giant s initial e-commerce distribution network. His specialties include transaction and asset management, industrial acquisitions, site selection and economic incentives. Matt holds a law degree from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed attorney.
