9 Snøhvit flowline transportation logistics HORIZONTAL REEL CONCEPT Objectives : to save Pipelay Vessel transit time to allow pipeline fabrication to take place at existing facility Capacity of each reel : 3200 T of product ~150 km of 4 rigid pipe ~45 km of 8 rigid pipe 2 reels mobilised on standard 92 x 30m barge Introduction of new pipeline transportation scheme allowed Technip to win the tender 11

10 Snøhvit implementation of plans Change of plans 8 CO2 flowline Due to Apache delays and clashes with other projects the installation of the 8 line was subcontracted to Subsea7 with pipelay vessel Skandi Navica Change of vessel trip program Pipeline load out site moved from Hammerfest to Tromsø 4 MEG / Service lines Due to late delivery of 4 coiled tubing and unsuitable site at Hammerfest all activities were moved from Hammerfest and Orkanger to Tromsø New fabrication line including welding stations, NDE, coating, straightener was established in Tromsø Loadout to barge and from barge to lay vessel performed in Tromsø Ability to mange the change and adjust the plans insured successful completion of the project 13
