It was founded in 1968 and has its own production facility in Schinznach-Dorf (canton Aargau), where it manufactures high-quality plastic products for a wide variety of industry applications. Plastics processing is a challenging business. When we construct a component that is ready for production, costs can be saved right from the start. Our technicians will therefore advise you already in the development phase. We will help you to choose materials and will generate the production drawings using our CAD system. Your products are produced at Amsler & Frey s headquarters on state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC processing machines. Qualified employees generate the CNC programs. All data is managed centrally. As a result you benefit from low preproduction costs, short throughput times and high delivery performance. Amsler & Frey is specialized in dry processing. The advantage of this process is that plastic components are not contaminated by cooling agents. Thus the risk of damage to materials caused by cooling agent additives can be avoided. A final step in the production process involves every component undergoing a quality assurance check, so we can be sure that only products of the highest quality possible are delivered to our customers.

We keep in stock over 40 different thermoplastics, duroplastics (duromers) and elastomers. At your disposal are semi-finished products with 2,000 different dimensions and sizes, all of which are from producers whose impeccable quality we guarantee. Our custom cutting service offers angular and true-to-size cutting, optimally prepared for further processing. On request, blanks are planed and grooved to very narrow tolerances. In addition, Amsler & Frey can provide a wide selection of ground rods. For custom measurements we use a centreless grinding machine. We deliver high-quality semi-finished products and precision blanks in Switzerland within 24 hours. Webshop All our semi-finished products can be accessed and ordered online from our webshop.
