NATURAL HEAVYWEIGHTS. Sensitive products such as fertilizer, soil or substrate require packaging with specific properties. Our high-output extrusion facility is at the outset of our film production. We manufacture films in a width of 50 to 1,600 mm on 15 production lines, some of which are multi-layer COEX facilities. To make sure we can always draw on spare capacity most of the machine types we use are available in sets of two or more. This ensures reliable and perfectly coordinated production stages and constant security of delivery with consistently high quality. PEKU Folien runs one of the european leading flexo printing facilities. With we enhance your packaging with a razor-sharp, brilliant print image in full HD quality, which makes a difference with its bright colours, strong tones and smooth gradations. Processed on state-of-the-art printing presses, the photographically realistic depiction of your images with up to 10 colours promotes your products at the point of sale. We only use high-quality resins from leading manufacturers. We develop exactly the right product recipe for your application from the several thousand different recipes that we have available. Depending on your requirements, our films can be made non-flammable to B1 standard, resistant to heat or cold, extremely easy to seal or particularly tear-resistant, or they can have specific electrical or anti-static properties as well as outstanding visual characteristics. OUR PRINT QUALITIES: Our standard print resolution for PEKUPrint Prime (up to 44 l/cm, 112 lpi) is already impressive thanks to its finely screened and highly expressive print image. Part-deliveries on call-off can be facilitated at short notice and at any time. This saves you storage capacity and resources. Our central storage facility provides for overnight deliveries to virtually any point in Europe. SUSTAINABILITY? NATURALLY! So that our environment stays clean. Taking responsibility: We process production waste to recycled resin. What others demand has long been the standard at PEKU Folien. Our energy management system is certified to ISO 50001:2011. Our highly advanced machinery operates with outstanding energy efficiency and very small quantities of waste. Film waste that is produced internally is recycled to reusable resin in our own recycling equipment, from where it can subsequently be channelled back into the production process. Thanks to a regenerative post-combustion system for air cleaning, we operate significantly below the regulatory pollution limits. THE PEKU COMPANY CULTURE.
