No power is supplied to the touch screen nor the G.Rack in a power failure. - If power is supplied without connecting to a UPS, no power is supplied to the G.Rack s control panel as well in a power failure. When power supply is resumed, the control panel is rebooted. If the screen is not displayed normally, double click the G.Rack icon on the control panel screen. 2. Suddenly, nothing is displayed on the touch screen. - Check if there is any abnormality of the connection cables inside the front door of the G.Rack as well as on the ceiling part. 3. I want to download the information displayed in the detailed information column. - You can download the same information from the Administrator Program provided together with the G.Rack. Please refer to the explanation on the Administrator Program. 4. Temperature does not change after changing the temperature/humidity settings. - It takes some time to see the temperature of the air inside the G.Rack change since the air inside the G.Rack does not change immediately despite the fact that the device operates normally in accordance with the temperature setting change. 5. I want to monitor the G.Rack information at home. - Since MIS equipment is sensitive to temperature and humidity, it is very risky for any person other than the administrator to access such data. Therefor, if you want to directly monitor your information outside the company, log on to our Monitoring Center s web site by entering your ID and password.
