3 - General Requirements the Supplier must comply with below : Code letter :- () YES - (0) NO - () N.A Extend of approval : The service supplier has demonstrated the competency and control needed to. perform the services for which approval is sought, as required by section. to.8 and 5, if applicable. Training of personnel The qualification and training of the personnel complies to a recognised national, international or industry standard. Where such standards do not exist, standards for the training and.. qualification of its personnel relevant to the functions each is authorised to perform, have been defined by the supplier. The personnel has an adequate experience and is familiar with the operation of any necessary equipment... Operators / technicians / inspectors have a minimum of one () year tutored on-the-job training. Supervision The supplier provides supervision for all services provided. The responsible supervisor has. a minimum of two () years experience as an operator / technician / inspector within the service field for which the supplier is approved. Personnel records The supplier keeps records of the approved operators / technicians / inspectors. The. records contain information on age, formal education, training and experience for the services for which they are approved. Equipment and facilities The supplier has the necessary equipment and facilities for the services to be.5 supplied. A record of the equipment used is kept. The record contains information on maintenance and calibration..6 Procedures - The supplier has documented work procedures covering all services supplied. Verification The supplier has verified that the services provided are carried out in accordance with.7 documented procedures..8 Reporting The reports are prepared in a form acceptable to PMS Auditing of the Supplier Upon reviewing the submitted documents found in satisfactory result, the supplier is audited in order to ascertain that the supplier is duly organised and managed in accordance with the submitted documents, and that it is considered capable of conducting the services. the supplier is approved / certificate will be sought. - Quality System must comply with below : Code letter :- () YES - (0) NO - () N.A A documented quality system complying with the most current version of ISO 900 series and including. the below items, has been considered acceptable.. The inspector shall also have at least one () year s technical school and at least one () year experience as an assistant radio inspector and shall hold a General Operator s Certificate (GOC) or an equivalent certificate. Inspectors of initially approved firms without experience as an assistance radio inspector at least one () year experience in installation and commissioning of radio equipment may be considered as acceptable. 7.
