3 MTM Logistics Procedure Shipper will inform MTM LOGISTICS through their online portal for pickup of their shipments which must be legally recommended in Pakistan. We are providing our services to more than 100 Major Cities in Pakistan any addition of further location will require formal understanding from MTM LOGISTICS end. MTM LOGISTICS has to collect COD amount at the time of delivery as specified by Shipper. Shipper will be responsible to confirm with consignees for accessibility of complete cash amount COD at the time of delivery. MTM LOGISTICS will arrange pickup & delivery on Shipper given information, & will not be responsible for any fault which may occur due to product incompetence. COD Settlements Settlement of collected amount will takes place on following tenures through cross cheque with deducting your invoice amount on mentioned account title. MTM Logistics will send you COD Report & invoice as per decided tenure of reimbursement for the reconciliation, offering you Customized and Tailor-made Cash Payback Plans: Weekly 10 Days Fortnightly ( 15 Days) Monthly Pickup Procedure: MTM LOGISTICS will arrange pick-up from shipper s premises. Shipper will provide accurate & complete address with contact numbers of consignee on each shipment. Shipper will be liable for satisfactory packing of their shipments. Shipper will mention COD amount in Online Booking Portal while booking (provided by MTM LOGISTICS ) on shipments along with the amount which has to be collected by MTM LOGISTICS at the time of delivery otherwise if there is no collection required so it will be declare as NIL COD on Consignment note.

4 Booking of Shipments: All shipments will be booked by Shipper with Online Portal provided by MTM LOGISTICS after account opening. Shipper will mention all the details with COD amount on MTM LOGISTICS consignment note at the time of booking & will also take Courier s signature on Shipper s copy. Delivery of shipments & collection of COD Amount: Delivery of shipments will be delivered within 48 hours for major Cities & 72 hours for other cities mention in MTM LOGISTICS network. Shipment will be delivered to consignee at given address after collection of Shipment Amount. MTM LOGISTICS will ensure collection of same amount being marked on shipments; collected amount will be deposit at MTM LOGISTICS account as per MTM LOGISTICS internal accounting process. In case if any of consignee refused to accept the parcel due to any reason, that parcel will be return to you after confirmation from your end. After confirmation of invoice by Shipper, MTM LOGISTICS will reimburse the COD amount through Cross Cheque on mentioned account title.
