11 ABC Ramps Purpose To Provide carpool parking and other services to increase people carrying capacity on I-394 Maintained and operated safely, efficiently and in support of the HOV incentive programs including: Carpools Transit Bicycling Walking from perimeter to improve air quality Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations Improve air quality and reduce congestion in travelshed Fringe parking to decrease downtown congestion
