Impala owns and operates a network of over 50 terminals in more than 30 countries that facilitate global trade flows of essential commodities. In Colombia, Impala has developed best-in-class infrastructure, transportation and warehousing services connecting inland centres of production and consumption to international markets via the ocean ports of Barranquilla and Cartagena, all under one trusted operator. The multi-modal two-way supply chain offers an integrated logistics network for the import and export of both wet and dry bulk cargoes and containerised products, including oil and its derivatives, coal, coke, bulk, break-bulk, containers, and project and oversized cargo. Impala is able to offer a world class service delivering value and reliability by controlling all aspects of the logistics chain. We operate at ocean terminals in both the ports of Barranquilla and Cartagena in addition to our own new river terminal in Barrancabermeja with over 2 kilometres of frontage on the Magdalena River. Cargo is moved between these assets via our fleet of over 110 double-hulled wet and dry barges (either in operation or on order) pushed by a fleet of 20 new barge pushers. Major areas of production and consumption are connected to our fluvial network via Impala-owned and controlled trucks. Our highly efficient operations and state-of-the-art infrastructure ensure both economic and safe delivery of products, and are designed for maximum cost effectiveness. 4 DRY CARGO We own and control the largest fluvial capacity of dry bulk transportation in Colombia. Our fleet of over 40 doublehulled hopper barges is capable of transporting up to 2500 metric tonnes of cargo each. Our fleet size ensures maximum efficiency and economies of scale for our customers. GENERAL AND PROJECT CARGO Our modern fleet of barges provides our customers with an efficient solution for the delivery of high value and specialised cargo. CONTAINERISED CARGO Our fleet of hopper and deck barges is also able to handle containerised cargoes. With over 900 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU) of container storage space in our Barrancabermeja river terminal, we will be able to handle initially up to 30,000 TEU of container volume annually, destined for the Bogota, Medellin, Bucaramanga and oil/mining markets. Our Barrancabermeja terminal will also offer related storage, stuffing and customs clearance services. Moving containers from road to river will bring increased efficiency and cost savings as well as improved traceability and reliability for shipping lines and customers alike. CRUDE OIL AND OIL PRODUCTS Our fleet of 80 heated tanker trucks and over 70 double-hulled heated tanker barges enables us to move up to 60,000 barrels per day of crude oil and oil products from inland areas of production to the Atlantic coast for export. We are also able to transport up to 35,000 barrels per day of naphtha from the coast for inland delivery to oil producers at pipeline injection points. In addition, we are able to handle bitumen via our fleet of 10 specifically adapted barges and will soon be able to move Liquified Petroleum Gas cargoes via 3 dedicated LPG barges. All our operations conform to the highest environmental standards.

5 IMPALA TERMINALS BARRANCABERMEJA The new inland site consists of 50ha (first phase) of privately owned riverside port for general use. Our terminal offers receiving, storing, blending and loading capability with additional storage and laboratory services for coal. Impala Terminals Barrancabermeja will be a key logistics centre for the region, facilitating the distribution of our customer's products to the Caribbean, Bogota and Medellin markets. We train our operators to the highest standards using the only modern simulator for fluvial and inland navigation in Latin America.
