Design Department personnel graduated from famous Soviet Union and Kazakhstan institutes such as Moscow Aviation Institute, Kharkov Aviation Institute, Tomsk University, Kazakh National Technical University, etc. Part of personnel went through professional trainings from 3 month up to 6 month in Italy, Russia, France, the U.S., and Japan complemented by software trainings in COMPRESS and AUTODESK INVENTOR/AutoCAD programs. Engineers develop documentation in English, Russian and Kazakh languages. Projects are developed in compliance with national (ГОСТ, СНиП, ПНАЭ) and international standards (ASME, API 620, API 650, API 661, API 2000, BS, EN, DIN). 5

8 PRODUCTION PORTFOLIO For past 25 years «Byelkamit» LLP produced more than four thousand units of technological equipment, including more than 200 pressure vessels with stamp U, more than 400 vessels and column equipment, 37 autoclaves, 50 tanks, 31 units of modular separation equipment, 110 modules of air cooled heat exchangers and other non standard equipment along with fabricated steel structures. 8
