Our services network, which is the cornerstone of our Company s role as a full service international operator, has extended into South East Asia through our Singapore office and into New Zealand through our accredited affiliates. All our operations are managed and crewed by GO OFFSHORE, with the logistics and inshore support provided by GO INSHORE. Our mobilisations are handled by GO OFFSHORE ASIA from our dedicated office in Singapore. We conduct ourselves as responsible citizens and comply with the applicable laws and regulations. 4 GO OFFSHORE Our flagship company, GO OFFSHORE is led by a team of experienced oil and gas Master Mariners, Chief Engineers and HR specialists. We prepare, activate and crew marine operations in the offshore oil and gas environment. QHSE and safety are fundamental to everything we do. Our management teams and crews strive for zero incidents in every project we undertake. We operate a range of vessels as follows; ROV / Diving Support PSV s- up to 5,000 DWT AHTS s- 65t to 240t BP Seismic Support Vessels Tugs and Barges To date GO OFFSHORE has imported 18 vessels into Australia, with the majority finding long term work in the region. All vessels have been imported cleanly and gone straight to work with no industrial or importation issues. This is a record we are proud of and a standard that we strive to maintain.

Through our alliance with an international ship broking firm we have exclusive first rights on over 40 new built vessels and worldwide access to barges, AHTSs, PSVs, tugs, ROV and diving support vessels. We are also involved in JV companies with vessel owners. 6 MARINE CONSULTANCY We are members of IMCA (International Maritime Contractors Association) and utilise the common maritime inspection documentation for vetting and marine inspection work, including noise and asbestos surveys. We provide dynamic positioning consultancy, including failure mode effective analysis, mooring analysis, hazard identification coordination, sea trials, supervising dry docking and new build Australian vessels a n d upgrad e s. O u r te am is experienced in constructing and operating vessels under the Australia NOPSA Safety Case regime. We specialise in planning and executing works to ensure imported vessels comply with the Australian regulatory environment and provide third party quality assurance support. By utilising in-house expertise and our partners, we provide a full range of marine project planning and management. Our expert team is experienced in coordinating NOPSA, AMSA, AQIS Customs, Federal and State government approvals and certification for projects within Australia. We are experienced in coordinating and hosting prestart stakeholder meetings. We offer a coordination service for marine inputs into Oil Field development. Our team will oversee engineering and design services for onshore receival equipment, including hardstands, facilities, wharves, buoys and mooring systems. 7 MARINE CREWING experience in industrial and employee relations and a thorough understanding of the Australian industrial relations system. We enjoy good working relations with employees, subcontractors and unions. GO s crewing team delivers a complete personnel service for our inshore and offshore vessels and the vessels and rigs our clients operate. The crewing team is a dedicated and well resourced group of professionals versed in all aspects of personnel selection, management and retention. We specialise in the screening, recruitment, matching and supply of experienced personnel to the offshore drilling and marine companies, offshore and inshore support vessels and logistics. The offshore crewing team has worked offshore, inshore and/or in logistics in a variety of roles, and has a practical appreciation of the calibre of personnel required for different roles. GO s crewing department has in excess of 20 years Our team has developed and implemented strong employee relations policies and procedures in consultation with stakeholders, and through their efforts, we and our clients have not suffered any lost time due to industrial stoppages. Our team has practical experience in Australian immigration procedures to ensure working visa applications are processed and issued in a timely manner and our HR system stores all records for later reference. We have partnering agreements with crewing agencies in 14 countries to ensure a seamless transition of crews when our vessels and those of our clients leave Australia to work

8 MARINE CREWING cont Rig Crewing We deliver complete crewing packages from drill floor to catering with expertise in immigration to ensure an experienced workforce is on your Rig. Offshore Crewing We provide complete crewing requirements from master to caterer for all vessel types. Our team has previous experience in managing up to 900 offshore employees simultaneously, in a positive workplace environment. Inshore Crewing Because we operate our own inshore vessels we are experienced in the recruitment of masters, deckhands and engineers for all inshore vessels including tugs, harbour vessels, dredges and offshore vessels of less than 500t. We understand remote inshore operations and arrange pay and conditions to ensure high retention rates for inshore crews. Logistics Staffing We deliver the complete logistics workforce requirements including data entry, forklift operators, long haul drivers, warehouse supervisors, depot, logistics and operations managers. 10 GO INSHORE GO INSHORE provides harbour and port vessel services, and a range of vessels to support offshore operations. At Port Hedland, our home port, we are port vessel service operator, providing pilot transfer, harbour security patrol, hydrographic survey and channel maintenance vessels. We also have inshore, coastal and ocean-going tugs and barges to support harbour, inshore and offshore civil construction activity. The Port Hedland office has extensive resources, including five vehicles, a truck and forklift, two cyclone moorings, three pens inside the main tug facility and a range of vessels. Personnel resources include our fleet manager-master, fleet engineering coordinator, six masters and eight crew members. In addition we operate throughout the northwest shelf, with our inshore vessels supporting our own offshore fleet. We have bases of operation in Dampier and Exmouth, where we have local fleet managers on the ground ready to service your inshore requirements. Our office in Dampier includes two vehicles, a yard, cyclone mooring, three storm moorings, a pen and various vessels. Dampier s personnel include our fleet manager-master, three masters and three crew memebers. Resources in Exmouth include a vehicle, yard, two pens and various vessels. Our dedicated Exmouth fleet managermaster and crew are available to support your projects in this area. 11 MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT The GO MARINE GROUP has an experienced Board and the Group operates as if it was a public company with strong governance, delegations of authority and a clear separation between the role and responsibilities of the Board and Executive Management. Our Leadership Team members, led by our Managing Director, are experts in their field and have been installed in leadership roles because of their experience, decision making capability and communication skills. They are regularly in the field directing, monitoring and supporting our operations teams and are in constant contact with our clients. Our Industrial Relations, HSEQ, HR, Payroll, Finance and Accounting, Procurement and General Administration staff are the friendly, efficient and dedicated team that every company needs as a platform for success.
