Schöntal-Sindeldorf Today s head office of the company AWS Fertigungstechnik GmbH in Schöntal-Sindeldorf is located in the idyllic region of the Hohenloher Land. In 1976 the first production area was set up here. Over the course of time, various annexes and new buildings were added to the original area to create a production, storage and administrative area of more than 2500sqm. Nearly 50 people are currently employed in Sindeldorf, home of the administration, purchase, sales and assembly. It is a factory for the production of single parts and small series as well as storage division for parts and finished products of AWS Fertigungstechnik GmbH. Forchtenberg Pößneck In 1999 a new subsidiary was founded in Pößneck. Here, in 2100sqm of newly constructed production and administrative premises, high precision turning and milling parts in average-size batches are being produced for our own and our customer s requirements on the latest CNC lathes and CNC machining centers by meanwhile approximately 60 employees. Forchtenberg in the Kocher valley is the place of business of the company AWS Apparatebau Arnold GmbH since Main products of this location with 35 employees are check valves, one of the main pillars of the company for over 38 years, as much as valve technology. We can produce precision turned and milling parts out of many different materials metal like stainless steel, cast-steel, aluminum or brass and also plastic materials like PVC, PP or PVDF are as possible as many special materials. We rework your turned parts from Ø 3 to Ø 90 mm from bar. Lining works are possible up to Ø 400 mm. For the milled parts a range up to 100 x 300 x 500 mm is possible. We offer you an optimal service through a combination of our production set-up and best outside specialist procurement arrangements for required components (springs, joints, connections, cast parts, punched and bent parts, stamped parts, etc.). A very wide range of assemblies and connections, like screws, adhesive, shrinkage, squeezers, rivets, welding, soldering, etc. are possible and can be realized by skilled staff. With our own test benches, own component assembly and permanent control of our quality department we provide you with a full-service including necessary pressure and leak tightness test, test reports, type approval test and prototype test reports. In 2012 we got the ISO 14001:2004 environmental certificate. Regarding the requirements of our customers and our own targets the opportunities to fulfill the requirements thoroughly are growing. Our range of valve technology includes 2/2-way and 3/2-way, direct acting, servo controlled and force pilot operated valves with all common operating voltages as well as air controlled designs. Depending on the design the valves are suitable for neutral, aggressive, liquid and gaseous media. Additional valves like strainers, pressure relief valves, manually and automatic operated ball valves complete our program. We quote you our complete service of the pressure and tightness tests on our own test benches for the component assembly as well as for the valve technology. Material certificates, type approval test, certificates and declarations of conformity will be created according to request.
